摘 要:隨著時(shí)代的不斷進(jìn)步與人們對(duì)液化天然氣的需求量與日俱增的大環(huán)境下,我們近些年來(lái)對(duì)于這一方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)而深入的研究,通過(guò)以往大量的實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明,液化天然氣(簡(jiǎn)稱LNG)在汽化期間會(huì)釋放巨大的冷能,倘若我們能夠根據(jù)實(shí)際需要想方設(shè)法有效利用和回收這部分冷能,將會(huì)在很大程度上提高節(jié)能效果與對(duì)系統(tǒng)的效率,對(duì)于人們的生活質(zhì)量和環(huán)保方面產(chǎn)生的作用將會(huì)是十分巨大的。對(duì)LNG冷能的構(gòu)成以及相關(guān)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析,通過(guò)這種方式說(shuō)明在當(dāng)前這種大環(huán)境下各種LNG冷能回收利用形式的能量利用的實(shí)際情況以及在應(yīng)用過(guò)程中的一些注意事項(xiàng)。然后結(jié)合自身多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)針對(duì)冷能回收系統(tǒng)的不同提出相關(guān)的指導(dǎo)性建議,希望能夠在今后的有效應(yīng)用液化天然氣方面提供一些借鑒和參考。

Analysis on Composition and Effective Utilization of LNG Cold Energy

Abstract: As the progress of the Times and people's increasing demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG), we have made an exhaustive study on it in recent years. The results show that, liquefied natural gas (LNG) can release huge cold energy during evaporation. If we can effectively use and recycle this part of the cold energy according to the actual need, the efficiency of the energy saving will be largely improved, which will have very great effect on the quality of people's live and environmental protection. In this article, composition and related application of LNG cold energy were analyzed. Now actual situation of recycling and utilization LNG cold energy was discussed as well as some matters needing attention in the application process.Then combined with practical experiences, some suggestions were put forward.

從以往的大量實(shí)踐中我們可以看出,為了最大限度的方便天然氣的儲(chǔ)藏運(yùn)輸,我們最為常用的做法就是將天然氣經(jīng)過(guò)相關(guān)的干燥脫酸處理后,11K這種低溫狀態(tài)下液化成液態(tài)。但是有一點(diǎn)值得大家注意的是,在液化天然氣氣化成常溫氣體之后供給用戶的期間必然會(huì)將釋放出大量的冷能,而以往的很多時(shí)候,我們會(huì)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題不管不顧,任由其浪費(fèi)掉,這是十分可惜的。
1 LNG的冷能具體構(gòu)成
