摘 要:介紹了一種苯三唑脂肪胺鹽潤滑油添加劑的研究現狀,重點綜述了其緩蝕機理和合成路線的研究進展,論述了其在銅上的吸附效應和緩蝕性能的關系及其應用,提出了在苯三唑脂肪胺鹽研究上存在的問題并展望了其以后的發展方向。

Abstract: The current research situation of benzotriazole aliphatic amine derivative as lubricating oil additive was introduced. The research progress of inhibition mechanism and synthesis route of benzotriazole aliphatic amine derivative was reviewed. The relation between the adsorption effect on copper and corrosion inhibition performance and its application were summarized. The problems in the research of benzotriazole aliphatic amine derivative were presented, and its development trend was forecasted.

近年來隨著油氣的不斷深入開發,我國的油氣田中雜質不斷升高,困擾油氣工業發展的一個極為突出的問題就是腐蝕[1]。腐蝕是一種復雜隨機現象,其腐蝕作用會使機械設備受到破壞,影響用油裝備的使用壽命,并且由于金屬腐蝕生成物多數是不溶于石油產品的固體雜質,還會影響石油產品的潔凈性和安定性,從而對儲存和使用帶來一系列危害。另外,隨著我國汽車工業近年來獲得的高速發展,我國成為世界上車用潤滑油需求增長最快的國家,也就成為世界潤滑油添加劑需求增長最快的國家[2]。據統計,我國每年因為金屬腐蝕造成的經濟損失約為GDP的5%。因此,由于金屬的腐蝕而造成的經濟損失是巨大的,甚至大于所有自然災害損失之和。但通過防腐材料和腐蝕控制技術的研發和應用,至少可將其降低30%。而根據潤滑油腐蝕機理,一般加入緩蝕劑的方法效果最突出,并且更加經濟方便。因此通過分析苯三唑脂肪胺鹽的緩蝕機理,合成路線,防腐性能和應用等四個方面可以促進對潤滑油防腐技術的認識。……
