摘 要:主要對油田伴生氣的輕烴回收工藝進行研究。輕烴回收是油田地面工程中一個重要的步驟。輕烴回收工藝可以有效的降低天然氣的露點,防止天然氣中的輕烴在輸送管道中凝結影響安全輸送,并可回收液化石油氣和穩定輕油。輕烴回收工藝中增加吸收塔可以獲得較高的C3+收率并有利于提高整個流程的冷量的利用效率。在本文所采取的流程和優化后的工藝參數下所得C3+的理論收率為95.95%,干氣、液化氣和穩定輕油可以達到儲存要求。

Study on the Recovery Process of Light Hydrocarbon
From Associated Gas of Oilfield

Abstract: In this paper, the recovery process of light hydrocarbon from associated gas in oil field was investigated. The light hydrocarbon recovery is an important step in the processing of crude oil. The light hydrocarbon recovery can lower the dew point of natural gas to prevent the condensation of the liquid hydrocarbon during the transferring of the gas, and it can recover the LPG and natural gasoline. Adding absorbing column in the light hydrocarbon recovery system can get a high recovery rate of C3+ and be beneficial to get a high utilization efficiency of cool energy of the whole system. By the process and the relevant optimized operating parameters investigated in this paper, the theoretical recovery rate of C3+ can reach to 95.95%, and the dry gas, LPG and natural gasoline can satisfy the requirement of storage.

輕烴回收的主要作用控制天然氣的烴露點,以確保天然氣在輸送的安全。控制烴露點的方法是將天然氣中相對甲烷或乙烷較重的組分以液態形式回收,其中丙烷丁烷混合物成為液化石油氣,戊烷及戊烷以上的組分成為輕油。輕烴回收工藝過程實質上是多組分氣液兩相平衡體系[1]。
對天然氣進行處理并回收其中的輕烴,不但可以降低油氣損耗,提高輕烴資源綜合利用程度,獲得液態烴資源的更大價值,還能保證在儲藏、運輸過程中的安全性,減少大氣污染,對提高天然氣的整體經濟效益,都具有重要的現實意義[2]。
1 輕烴回收工藝分類及特點
1.1 輕烴回收工藝分類
目前常見的輕烴回收工藝主要有[3,4]:
