摘 要:基于Aspen plus軟件,以四氫呋喃-水體系為例,利用不同壓力下兩者相對揮發(fā)度不同的特點,設計兩座不同壓力的精餾塔,使之越過共沸點而精餾出高純度的THF產(chǎn)品,其中低壓塔壓力為常壓,高壓塔壓力為6.9 bar,并對全流程做了換熱網(wǎng)絡設計,產(chǎn)品THF中雜質(zhì)水含量達到10×10-6,設計結(jié)果可為工業(yè)化設計提供理論依據(jù)和設計參考。

Abstract: Two rectification columns with different pressure for THF-water system were designed based on their relative volatilities difference under different pressures by using Aspen plus software. The system can get high purity THF product. The first column runs under atmospheric pressure, while the second column runs under pressure of 6.9 bar. At the same time, heat integration for the whole process was designed. Water content in THF product reaches to 10×10-6.The design results can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the industrial design.

四氫呋喃,又稱1,4-環(huán)氧丁烷、氧雜環(huán)戊烷,簡稱THF,分子式為C4H8O,無色透明液體,有類似乙醚氣味,凝固點為-65 ℃,沸點為66 ℃,相對密度為0.887(20 ℃)。具有低毒、低沸點、流動性好的特點,空氣中最高容許濃度為200×10-6。四氫呋喃是性能優(yōu)良的有機溶劑,由于具有溶解速度快、對樹脂表面和內(nèi)部的滲透擴散性能快等特性得到廣泛的應用,特別是對聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯及共聚物的溶解可得到低粘度的溶液,因而用于表面涂料、保護性涂料、粘接劑和薄膜等的制造,也用于油墨、脫漆劑、人造革表面處理等行業(yè)。在Grignard反應、LiAIH4還原縮合反應、酯化反應中均是可用溶劑。THF還是制造丁二烯、錦綸、聚丁二醇醚、γ-丁內(nèi)酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等的中間體[1]。
目前國內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)THF的工藝一般是呋喃加氫、Reppe法(即乙炔加氫法)、馬來酸酐加氫法、和丁二烯氧化法。但反應產(chǎn)物經(jīng)過精餾之后的粗產(chǎn)品中存有少量的水等雜質(zhì),使其應用范圍及其下游產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量都受到一定的限制。此外,以THF為溶劑的上述反應廢液中THF需要回收純化以至重新利用,隨著國內(nèi)外THF生產(chǎn)能力的提高和對高純度THF市場需要的日益擴大,THF進一步的脫水、純化也越來越被世人所關(guān)注[2]。……
