摘 要:根據(jù)原料成本、加工費(fèi)用、銷售收入及天然氣補(bǔ)網(wǎng)費(fèi)用核算了干氣提濃裝置對(duì)煉化一體效益。由于增加購買天然氣補(bǔ)充瓦斯管網(wǎng)的費(fèi)用,武漢分公司(即煉廠部分)單位產(chǎn)品效益為-707元/t;但是利用富乙烯氣做乙烯原料降低了原料成本和裂解爐操作費(fèi)用,中韓乙烯合資公司部分的單位產(chǎn)品效益為2 613元/t;煉化一體核算單位效益為1 906元/t,總效益約為6 442.29萬元/t。還討論了裝置運(yùn)行存在的原料氣組成與設(shè)計(jì)偏差大、原料氣總硫超標(biāo)、冷干機(jī)壓降大及長輸管線凍凝等問題,并提出了氣柜氣單獨(dú)脫硫、增加淺冷油吸收單元、提高上游裝置操作壓力及增加產(chǎn)品氣回溫?fù)Q熱器等一系列的解決措施。

Impact of Dry Gas Enriching Unit on Refining-chemical Integration
and Its Running Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract: Based on material cost, processing cost, sales revenue and pipe network construction fee for natural gas, the impact of dry gas enriching unit on refining-chemical integration was calculated approximately. Due to adding the cost of purchasing natural gas for supplementing gas pipe network, one ton product can bring benefit of -707 Yuan in Wuhan Petrochemical Company (refinery section); Due to using ethylene-rich gas as ethylene feedstock to decrease raw material cost and pyrolyzers operation cost, one ton product can bring benefit of 2 613 Yuan in China-South Korea Joint Venture Company; the total benefit of refining-chemical integration was 64.422 9 million Yuan in 2014, and the unit benefit of product was 1 906 Yuan per ton. Some problems in running of the unit were also discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.

武漢分公司干氣提濃裝置以催化干氣和焦化干氣(含氣柜氣和初常頂氣)為原料,采用中國石化與四川天一聯(lián)合開發(fā)的成套回收富乙烯氣技術(shù)。裝置設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為20 000 Nm3/h,年開工8 400 h,操作彈性為60~110%,乙烯氣(C2、C2+組分)回收率為86%(v)。裝置于2013年6月17日投產(chǎn),截止2014年底共計(jì)生產(chǎn)富乙烯氣54 500 t,富乙烯氣體積收率約為80%(v)(設(shè)計(jì)值86%(v)),能耗為56.02 kg Eo/t(設(shè)計(jì)值61.09 kg Eo/t)。以下根據(jù)原料成本、加工費(fèi)用、銷售收入、天然氣補(bǔ)網(wǎng)費(fèi)用等簡單計(jì)算了干氣提濃裝置對(duì)武漢分公司、中韓乙烯合資公司及煉化一體效益的影響,并探討了裝置運(yùn)行中存在的問題及解決措施。
1 裝置概況
