摘 要:三維電極技術(shù)是處理廢水的有效手段,整理了近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于三維電極催化氧化技術(shù)最新的研究情況和特點(diǎn),介紹了三維電極反應(yīng)器的類(lèi)型,對(duì)反應(yīng)器采用的主電極材料、粒子電極的改進(jìn)進(jìn)行了論述,總結(jié)了三維電極技術(shù)耦合其它技術(shù)的處理效果,提出了該技術(shù)目前的不足及未來(lái)的研究方向。

Abstract: Three-dimensional electrode catalytic oxidation is an effective method to treat wastewater. In this paper, research status and characteristics of the three-dimensional electrode catalytic oxidation technology were introduced as well as types of three-dimensional electrode reactor. Electrode materials of the reactor and improvement of particle electrodes were discussed. Wastewater treating effect of combination of and other technologies was summed up. Shortcomings and research direction of the three-dimensional electrode catalytic oxidation technology were put forward.

電催化氧化技術(shù)能夠通過(guò)直接氧化和間接氧化方式分解水中的各種污染物,具有高效、易操作、環(huán)境友好等特點(diǎn)。三維電極在主電極間填充活性炭或其它粒子提高了吸附和傳質(zhì)的效率,填充粒子與電極接觸或受電場(chǎng)作用帶電形成許多微電解池,在較大的比較面積提供了更多的反應(yīng)活性位,因此比二維電極電流效率更高,處理效果更好[1]。三維電極技術(shù)在水處理領(lǐng)域受到廣泛關(guān)注,應(yīng)用范圍包括重金屬污水、含酚廢水、生活污水、焦化廢水、印染廢液、垃圾滲濾液等。
1 三維電極分類(lèi)
根據(jù)粒子電極在電場(chǎng)及接觸作用下的帶電性質(zhì)可將三維電極分成單極性、復(fù)極性?xún)深?lèi)。
單極性三維電極選用的粒子材料阻抗比較低,主電極用隔膜隔開(kāi)形成陰極區(qū)和陽(yáng)極區(qū),粒子電極與主電極接觸帶電并表現(xiàn)一致的極性,電化學(xué)反應(yīng)同時(shí)發(fā)生在主電極和粒子電極上,陽(yáng)極區(qū)氧化有機(jī)污染物,陰極區(qū)還原金屬離子。周鍵[2]考察了單極性三維電極處理冶煉廠電解車(chē)間含鈷廢水,通過(guò)陰極還原回收金屬鈷。……
