杜洛克與陸川豬正反交對后代繁殖性能和屠宰性能的影響

摘要：研究旨在探索杜洛克豬和陸川豬正反交對后代繁殖性能和屠宰性能的影響，為杜洛克豬和陸川豬雜交系的選育工作提供依據。試驗通過正交試驗（杜洛克♂×陸川豬♀）和反交試驗（陸川豬♂×杜洛克♀）分別獲得杜陸豬（DL）和陸杜豬（LD），在杜陸豬和陸杜豬中分別進行橫交試驗，記錄母豬的窩產仔數、窩產活仔數、產仔異常數、出生窩重、28 日齡斷奶數和28 日齡斷奶窩重等繁殖性能指標。并對杜陸豬和陸杜豬的胴體重﹑屠宰率﹑胴體長﹑背膘厚﹑眼肌面積、瘦肉率等屠宰性能指標進行測定。結果表明，正反雜交后代的繁殖性能、肉色和肉質嫩度顯著優于杜洛克豬，屠宰性能指標顯著高于陸川豬。在豬肉嫩度方面，陸杜豬顯著優于杜陸豬。可見，雜交后代都同時遺傳了陸川豬和杜洛克豬的優良性狀，這為杜洛克豬與陸川豬的雜交系選育提供了依據。

Effect of Reciprocal Cross with Duroc and Luchuan Pig on the Reproductive

Performance and Slaughter Performance of the Offspring

Abstract： The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of reciprocal cross with Duroc and Luchuan pig on the reproductive performance and slaughter performance of the offsprings，and provides a basis for the breeding of hybrid system. By means of orthogonal （Duroc ♂×Luchuan♀） and reciprocal cross （ Luchuan ♂×Duroc♀），study acquired Du-Lu pig and Lu-Du pig respectively. Make athwart cross with Du-Lu pig and Lu-Du pig respectively， and record the reproductive performance indicators such as the litter size，litter number born alive， abnormal parturition number， birth litter weight， the weaning number of 28 days after born，and weaning weight of 28 days after born. Study measured carcass weight and length， dressing percentage， backfat thickness，eye muscle area and lean meat percentage of Du-Lu pig and Lu-Du pig according to the provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture. Results showed that the reproductive performance， flesh color and tenderness of the reciprocal cross offspring was significantly better than Duroc pigs， and the slaughter performance of the reciprocal cross offspring was significantly better than Luchuan pigs. And the tenderness of Lu-Du pigs was better than that of Du-Lu pigs. These results indicated that the crossbreds inherited the good traits of Duroc and Luchuan pigs at the same time， and the meat quality of Lu-Du pig was better than that of Du-Lu pigs.
