摘要 對一年生的楠木、陰香苗木進行干旱和復水處理,測定和分析干旱脅迫對各樹種凈光合速率(Pn)、蒸騰速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)與氣孔導度(Gs)等光合特性的影響。結果表明:干旱脅迫發生時,楠木和陰香的各項指標均有下降的趨勢;但隨著復水處理的開始,各項光合參數又有不同程度的升高趨勢;陰香的抗逆性表現優于楠木。

Effect of Drought Resistance on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Phoebe Zhennan and Cinnamomum burmanni Seedlings

Abstract One-year-old seedlings of Phoebe zhennan and Cinnamomum burmanni were treated with drought stress and re-watering,the photosynthetic rate(Pn),the transpiration rate(Tr),the water use efficiency(WUE) and the stomatal conductance(Gs) were determined and analyzed with drought stress of the two tree species.The results showed that when the drought stress occurred,each index of Phoebe zhennan and Cinnamomum burmanni showed a tendency to decline;but at the beginning of the re-watering,the photosynthetic parameters had different degree of rising trend.By contrast,the resistance performance of Cinnamomum burmanni was better than that of Phoebe zhennan.

植物的抗旱性是指植物在缺乏水源的條件下繼續生存,并能夠適應和抵抗外界的惡劣環境而生長和繁殖的能力[1]及在干旱緩解之后快速恢復的能力[2]。無論是長期干旱還是短期水分缺失都可能對植物生長發育產生不同程度的影響[3]。本文通過對干旱脅迫下楠木和陰香苗木光合特性的變化規律研究,探討其抗旱的生理生態特性,為其在栽培經營和園林配置中提供理論依據。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗地概況
本試驗地點位于華南農業大學林學院(北緯23°09′,東經113°21′)6樓溫室棚內。華南農業大學位于廣東省廣州市天河區,屬海洋性亞熱帶季風氣候,以溫暖多雨、光熱充足、夏季長、霜期短為特征。全年平均氣溫20~22 ℃,平均溫差較小。全年水熱同期,雨量充沛,利于植物生長。
1.2 試驗材料
試驗選用一年生小苗,參試苗木為樟科的2個常見鄉土樹種,分別是楠木(Phoebe zhennan)和陰香(Cinnamomum burmanni)。每個樹種為10株,共20株。各苗木苗高、地徑基本一致,定植于直徑18 cm、高20 cm的美植袋中,栽培土按照普通黃心土與沙質土1∶1的比例進行配比,注意添加適量腐殖土。……
