摘 要:納微米微球作為一種新型調(diào)驅(qū)劑,由于其良好的注入性在低滲透油藏已展開應(yīng)用。為了指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)納微米微球注入?yún)?shù)以達(dá)到更好的調(diào)驅(qū)效果,用納微米微球進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)低滲透巖心調(diào)驅(qū)參數(shù)優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)。以采收率的變化趨勢(shì)為主要參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),綜合考慮采油速度、成本與收益等,優(yōu)選的注入?yún)?shù)為:最佳注入濃度為2 000 mg/L,最佳注入量為0.2 PV,最佳注入速度為0.3 mL/min,并以優(yōu)選出的參數(shù)注入低滲透天然巖心進(jìn)行調(diào)驅(qū)效果評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),采收率提高值能達(dá)到14%左右。

Optimization Experiment of Injection Parameters
of Micro-nano Microspheres in Low-permeability Oilfield

Abstract: As a new agent for deep profile control and displacement, the micro-nano microsphere has been widely used in low-permeability oilfield because of its good injectivity.To instruct field injection parameters to get better profile controlling displacement effect, the optimization experiment on injection parameters in low permeability core in laboratory was carried out by taking the change trend of recovery as the main standard, and considering production rate, cost and profit. The optimized parameters were obtained as follows: the best concentration of injection 2000 mg/L, the best volume 0.2 PV and the best speed of injection 0.3 ml/min. And the profile controlling displacement effect evaluation experiment in the nature cores with the optimized parameters shows that the oil recovery has been improved by about 14%.

我國(guó)近年石油探明儲(chǔ)量中,低滲透儲(chǔ)量所占比例高達(dá)66%,因此,研究低滲透油田經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的開發(fā)方式對(duì)我國(guó)石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展有著相當(dāng)重要的意義[1]。但是低滲透油藏的非均質(zhì)性較嚴(yán)重,而水驅(qū)加劇了非均質(zhì)程度[2,3]。因此,油田采用調(diào)驅(qū)劑均衡吸水剖面,進(jìn)而提高原油采收率[4-6]。但由于低滲透油藏孔喉細(xì)小,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,滲流阻力大的特點(diǎn),以及調(diào)驅(qū)劑本身的限制,使得常用的調(diào)驅(qū)劑如交聯(lián)聚合物、水膨體聚合物等在低滲透油藏的注入性較差,調(diào)驅(qū)效果不理想[7-9]。納微米微球調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)是最近幾年在交聯(lián)聚合物溶液調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)新型調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)[10]。由于納微米微球調(diào)驅(qū)劑原始尺寸較小、粘度低,因而其具有較好的注入性[11,12]。為了達(dá)到更佳調(diào)驅(qū)效果,本文進(jìn)行了納微米微球調(diào)驅(qū)劑在低滲透巖心的調(diào)驅(qū)參數(shù)優(yōu)化室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),優(yōu)選出適合葡北二斷塊最佳的調(diào)驅(qū)參數(shù),并進(jìn)行天然巖心調(diào)驅(qū)效果評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步有效開發(fā)低滲透油藏提供參考意義。……
