去氧孕烯炔雌醇片在人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后預(yù)防宮腔粘連的效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析研究去氧孕烯炔雌醇片在人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后預(yù)防宮腔粘連的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取2013年4月-2014年11月在我院進(jìn)行人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)的患者一共有120例，隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組、對照組，對照組對其采取常規(guī)廣譜抗生素聯(lián)合益母草顆粒共同治療，干預(yù)組對其在臨床手術(shù)以后立即采取去氧孕烯炔雌醇片，對干預(yù)組與對照組患者的宮腔粘連發(fā)生率以及效果給予對比分析。結(jié)果：臨床治療以后，干預(yù)組患者發(fā)生宮腔粘連的幾率明顯要比對照組低（P<0.05）；臨床治療以后，干預(yù)組患者陰道出血時間以及月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時間明顯要比對照組短，陰道出血量明顯要比對照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：在人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)以后立即采取去氧孕烯炔雌醇片，可以使發(fā)生宮腔粘連的幾率明顯減少，可以使陰道出血時間以及月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時間明顯縮短，進(jìn)而使陰道出血量明顯減少，具有臨床推廣價值。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after artificial abortion. Methods： Selected 120 cases of patients with artificial abortion in our hospital from April 2013 to Nov 2014， they were divided into intervention group and control group， the control group received conventional broad-spectrum antibiotics combined with motherwort granule treatment， while the intervention group received Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets immediately， and then compared the intrauterine adhesions of two groups. Results： After clinical treatment， risk of intrauterine adhesions occurred in intervention groups of patients significantly low than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Taking immediate desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets after artificial abortion operation can significantly reduce the occurrence of risk of intrauterine adhesions

人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)指的是避孕失敗或非意愿妊娠的一種補(bǔ)救治療措施，可是，根據(jù)相關(guān)報道表明，在人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)以后，孕婦會出現(xiàn)各種各樣的并發(fā)癥，其中宮腔粘連就是最為常見的一種，對患者的健康生活質(zhì)量帶來非常大的不良影響。根據(jù)相關(guān)實(shí)踐研究結(jié)果顯示，在人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)以后，立即對其采取去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治療，可以使發(fā)生宮腔粘連的幾率明顯減少，并對患者身體恢復(fù)起到良好的促進(jìn)作用，目前在臨床當(dāng)中被廣泛應(yīng)用[1]。本文筆者選取2013年4月-2014年11月在我院進(jìn)行人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)的患者一共有120例，對當(dāng)中60例患者在臨床手術(shù)以后立即采取去氧孕烯炔雌醇片進(jìn)行治療，現(xiàn)報告如下。
