Call for Papers ZTE Communications Special Issue on Multi-Gigabit Millimeter-Wave Wireless Communications

The exponential growth of wireless devices in recent years has motivated the exploration of the millimeter?wave frequen?cy spectrum for multi?gigabit wireless communications.Re?cent advances in antenna technology，RF CMOS process，and high?speed baseband signal processing algorithms make millimeter?wave wireless communication feasible.The multi?gigabit?per?second data rate of millimeter?wave wireless com?munication systems will lead to applications in many impor?tant scenarios，such as WPAN，WLAN，back?haul for cellu?lar system.The frequency bands include 28 GHz，38 GHz，45GHz，60GHz，E?BAND，and even beyond 100 GHz.The upcoming special issue of ZTE Communications will present some major achievements of the research and development in multi?gigabit millimeter?wave wireless communications. The expected publication date will be in December 2016.It includes（but not limited to）the following topics：

·Channel characterization and channel models

·Antenna technologies

·Millimeter?wave?front?end architectures and circuits

·Baseband processing algorithms and architectures

·System aspects and applications
