Q： In 2015， is “twelfth five-year” ending battle， both in economic environment and industrial small environment are facing especially difficult circumstances， to date， what about the overall operation of textile machinery industry in this year and， featuring and trends of its performance？

Wang： It is rough situation in overall textile machinery industry this year， but there is no loss. Of all these difficulties， spinning and chemical fiber machinery is more outstanding， others including industrial machinery with relatively stable performance. It is important to emphasize export situation， due to the industryconversion since from the last year， Textile machinery industry export has faster growth， and broke $3 billion mark last year， it should be said that is a reflection of our countrys overall level in textile machinery.

By April of this year， our exports for the first time historically exceeded imports in terms of numbers of Chinas textile machinery.The reason of outstanding performance of export on the one hand thanks of the influence of cotton prices， as well as many companies have shifted production to foreign countries， then many new projects and renovation projects were set up， in addition to development and promotion aboard in recent years optimization and update of equipment would be constantly required. Export areas are mainly concentrated in India， Vietnam， Pakistan， Indonesia and Bangladesh， etc.， where regions have been set original construction， starting quickly， industry development is relatively faster.

Furthermore， as the raw material and power cost and other cost factors， there is a certain tendency of in- dustrial outward shift. In order to survive， our enterprises are strengthening to walk out.

The overall spinning industry affected by itself causes unsatisfactory situation of manufacturing cost， and deficiency of technical innovation ability and motivation to enterprises. Raw material market always influences cotton spinning industry seriously. Along with the output of main products declined dramatically. Such as about spinning frame， which was one of the main product category， has big drop rate at present.

Q： The scheme “made in China 2025” formally put forward this year. What are the influences on textile machinery industry， which is based on manufacture equipment， and how should be to deal with？ Specific to the enterprises， how to aim to 2025 to keep up with the pace of development？

Wang： The structure adjustment in textile machinery industry is earlier before the entire textile industry starting， the most important structure adjustment to the textile industry is in field of equipment， namely beginning from the machinery. We textile industry have participated in the aggregate of “Made in China 2025”， textile part led by Academician Yao Mu plays important role in it， thus China textile machinery are bound up with the whole“Made in China 2025” in the whole process of drafting.

Since from Germanys industry 4.0， the textile machinery industry has already recognized that this must be the way of industrial structure adjustment to go in the future. If enterprises want to achieve their transition， there would be certain requirement to them， probably the rate is fast or slow ， but in general enterprises realize it is important thing they must to do.

In term of the structure of product， the textile machinery industry has presented fundamental shift. Current sales of textile machines are completely different with the traditional model of several years ago， including the type of intelligent， digital control， saving energy and reducing consumption， and so on the new models， as well as the improvement of product quality reliability and there were obvious changes.

Besides a good news， enterprises have combined with researcher and user more closely in pattern of production research and development， not by themselves with down head like the past. Textile machinery production at present is obviously integrated from beginning design to the customer requirement， industry-universityresearch cooperation advanced outstandingly.

Q： Could you expect the new tendency of development and featuring of textile machinery industry from the last quarter of 2015 to the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Program.

Wang： Looking at textile machinery industry as a whole， It is a significant link to advance our technology and method if we want to accelerate the industry adjustment， bounded to the whole textile industry development. The key is to grasp the developing pace tightly and requirement of equipments， enterprises should adjust their situation and react quickly to establish better system.

It is very necessary to solve the problem how to improve the ability of innovation technology about products. We have successfully launched Creative Coalition to advance our industry， so far there are first group of experimental units. Under the coalition， stretching every lines to build up corresponding other cluster along the industrial chain.

Besides， to ensure the healthy development of the textile machinery industry. Such intellectual property issues in the technology， we need to achieve agreement with enterprises about how to better protect intellectual property rights. Everyone should consciously safeguard the interests of right holders， protecting others means protect yourself. some serious malicious competition years before is disappeared in these two years.

Q： As we known， with the participation of 82 enterprises from China 2011 in Barcelona Spain， growing over 80% than 2007， and this year more than 180 exhibitors since the beginning of history . what do you think of the ever- growing participants from China in ITMA？

Wang： Starting from the co-host of Asia ITMA with Euro ITMA， we have gotten on the world stage through this platform. Since the first time enterprises not acceptable absolutely， but now they become aware of a wonderful platform to show themselves for all.

Q： And what about prospect of highlight or new trend in this exhibition？

Wang： Actually， there are not subversively innovative highlights of this exhibitions during recent years. We need to look forward new direction of providing intelligent machines， improving productivity and enhancing the reliability of products. It is not easy to innovate subversively in textile machinery industry， it is mainly a improvement of original technology and extending of scale of production with industrialized promotion. More new fields of technical extension， application of new materials， new development of commercialization or industrialization， new technical cross development of textile machinery would be shown at this exhibition.
