

【摘要】通過安裝變壓器色譜在線監(jiān)測裝置系統(tǒng),可以定量、自動、快速地在線監(jiān)測變壓器油中溶解故障氣體的含量及其增長率,并通過故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)提前預(yù)測變壓器故障隱患信息,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)大型油變壓器內(nèi)部過熱、放電等故障,避免因變壓器事故,造成電網(wǎng)故障,提高變壓器運行的可靠性,及時對其進行預(yù)防性維修,使得電力系統(tǒng)安全可靠的運行。

Abstract: Through the installation of online monitoring system of transformer chromatogram, contents and growth can be dissolved gases in transformer oil online monitoring fault rate quantitative, automatic, rapid, and through the fault diagnosis expert system of transformer fault forecast hidden information, timely discovery of large oil transformer internal overheat, discharge fault, to avoid accidents caused by the fault of transformer,, to improve the reliability of the transformer operation, in a timely manner to its preventive repair, the safe and reliable operation of power system.

引言
從五十年代起,由于110kV以上電壓等級的大型電力變壓器在電網(wǎng)中已經(jīng)占有主導(dǎo)地位,電網(wǎng)容量逐漸增大,電壓等級也隨之提高,任何一臺電力變壓器故障均有可能造成電網(wǎng)事故,所以電力變壓器的運行可靠性就顯得相對比較重要,而提高供電可靠性的本質(zhì),應(yīng)從預(yù)測性維修制逐漸演變?yōu)榫S修預(yù)防制。在此過程中,人們逐漸探索定期對電力變壓器的絕緣進行測試研究,逐漸總結(jié)出了對變壓器的預(yù)防性試驗試行標(biāo)準(zhǔn);據(jù)有關(guān)資料記載,從六十年代起,電力系統(tǒng)相繼制定出了比較規(guī)范的停電預(yù)防性試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從而進入了預(yù)防性維修制時代,并將這一預(yù)防性試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直延續(xù)至今。
進入預(yù)防性維修制時代以后,人們逐漸認識和發(fā)現(xiàn)定期停電進行預(yù)防性試驗的缺陷和不足。因此,國內(nèi)外相繼都在研究以在線監(jiān)測為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)防性維護策略,以便實時或定時在線監(jiān)測與診斷變壓器內(nèi)部潛伏性故障或缺陷。對于變壓器油中溶解氣體色譜分析的在線監(jiān)測方法,雖然仍以油中溶解氣體為反映故障的特征量,但它是直接在變壓器現(xiàn)場實現(xiàn)油色譜的定時在線智能化監(jiān)測于故障診斷。……
