Transformation & upgrading+innovation=sustainable development?

On the 15th of April， the forum on yarns quality and products development technology in China was held in Wuxi City， Jiangsu Province， which lasted till the 17th， April. During the forum， Yang Jichao， the vice president of China National Textile and Apparel Council （CNTAC）， Yao Mu， the academician of China academy of engineering， and the representatives from Jiangsu Textile Association （JTA）， enterprises， and media.

To search for a proper way to promote transformation & upgrading， and innovation under new normal

Under the complex and changeable environment， domestic textile enterprises have gradually realized the transformation of specialization and diversification. While the situation is still not optimistic， where shows that phase characteristics of deep adjustment become obviously， namely， the enterprises level is stepping into polarization， and orders and profits are centralizing to the advantaged companies. As above analysis， plenty of SMEs in textile industry are facing highlighting pressure for developing， and in the progress， the related enterprises endure much burden.

Furthermore， 2015 is the final year to accomplish the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Priority among priorities， cottonspinning enterprises have to make best use of textile equipments and technologies， promote the innovation of tech & management， strengthen R&D power， and improve products quality and added value， so as to achieve informatization， automation， intelligent process， improving efficiency， and reducing cost.

On the conference， Mr. Yao Mu gave his advice for transformation and upgrading in Chinas cotton-spinning industry. He pointed out the strategies to gain the sustainable development as following：

· To occupy the market share with leading-edge technology， multi-products， small quantities， and fast delivery；

· To implement the guidelines of “Government-Industry-University-Research-Cooperation”；

· To extend industrial chains；

· To construct the alliance with industrial tech and innovation；

· To meet the public demands for products quality；

· To be strong in the manufacturing field， and then to extend to develop in service industry；

· To cultivate creative talents.

After all is said and done， benign development in textile industry needs each enterprise rely on itself. As no matter “go-out” or domestic sale， the whole industry weed out for adjustment to realize tech innovation， transformation and upgrading， so as to walk on the sustainable road.
