對(duì)岸火力支援前沿偵察系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與作戰(zhàn)樣式

摘要:針對(duì)我海軍對(duì)水面艦艇實(shí)施精確對(duì)岸火力支援任務(wù)的需要,介紹了美國(guó)海軍對(duì)岸火力支援系統(tǒng)以及支撐該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的袖珍式前線接入設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)組成與功能,以此為借鑒,探討了適用于我海軍火力支援作戰(zhàn)的便攜式前線偵察系統(tǒng)的功能需求,分析了其系統(tǒng)組成,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)從設(shè)計(jì)到實(shí)現(xiàn)的發(fā)展路線進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃;并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)可能帶來(lái)的作戰(zhàn)樣式及其流程進(jìn)行了想定,為我海軍裝備發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供借鑒。

The Key Technology and Operational Mode of Naval Surface
Fire Support Forward Observer System

Abstract:Aimed at the requirements of naval surface fire support combat mission, the system composition and function of American Naval Surface Fire Support System(NSFS) and the pocket-sized forward input device which was used to keep NSFS operation were introduced. Using it as a reference, the function requirements and system consists of the forward observe portable device which is suitable to China naval surface fire support operation was analyzed, the development route of the system from design to realization was planned, and the operational mode and flow process that may be caused by the system were assumed, which can provide re-ference for the development of navy equipment.

隨著海軍從“近海防御”到“近海防御與遠(yuǎn)海防衛(wèi)”的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變以及我國(guó)海外利益的不斷擴(kuò)大,由海軍水面艦艇承擔(dān)火力打擊作戰(zhàn)的對(duì)岸火力支援作戰(zhàn)任務(wù)必將成為一種愈發(fā)重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)岸上目標(biāo)的精確打擊,獲取目標(biāo)的準(zhǔn)確位置信息是關(guān)鍵。
對(duì)岸火力支援作戰(zhàn)可以視為火力支援的一種特殊形式,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的火力支援作戰(zhàn)而言,目標(biāo)獲取的作業(yè)模式是以偵查人員配合地圖與觀測(cè)器材為主,存在觀察時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、打擊不及時(shí)、探測(cè)距離近、信息精度低等問(wèn)題,這不僅降低了火力支援作戰(zhàn)的時(shí)效性與準(zhǔn)確性,影響整個(gè)作戰(zhàn)意圖的實(shí)施,同時(shí)也有可能造成己方人員的誤傷,而信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了改變這種現(xiàn)狀的可能?!?br>
