Influence factor analysis and countermeasures on the system efficiency for the ESP well mixed light oil

Abstract:Blending light oil is an important way of ESP wells lifting in Tahe oilfield,especially for the heavy oil area wells of high yield and large amount of mixing light oil.The system efficiency is an important technical index of the production system for ESP well,and the system efficiency is lower and the energy-consumption is higher in Tahe oilfield.The calculation method of the system efficiency of the Tahe ESP well mixed light oil is determined by the conventional electric pump well.On the basis of this, field testing and calculating system efficiency of the 51 ESP wells mixed light oil,the analysis shows that poor efficiency of down hole is the main reasons on the lower efficiency of electric pump well system, "strong horse drawing small cart"is the main problem existing in the field of ESP wells mixed light oil.Reasonable design of pump discharge and head,improving the wellbore fluid flow and the application of energy-saving technology can help to improve the system efficiency of pumping wells.

Analysis on factors influenced system efficiency of pumping wells

Abstract:The oil well system efficiency can reflect not only the power consumption,but also the comprehensive efficiency of the whole pumping system.It is a parameter that must be paid attention to in energy-saving management.The calculation formula for oil well system efficiency is complex,and there are many influence factors,and each influence factor is mutually restricted.Through the analysis,the relationship between various factors has been cleared,the effects of different models and the pump on the efficiency of the system has been determined.These results showed that the active power for oil well is increased with the increasing of liquid production,the system efficiency of the oil wells were also improving with the deepening of the dynamic liquid level and the basis for selecting pump type and model can be provided.

Application of energy-consumption value in oil well production

Abstract:The energy-consumption plays an important role in oilfield production.The depth of the dynamic liquid level,the cleanliness of the shaft,the energy-consumption test position and the operation parameters for field equipment are analyzed and the influence factors on the energy-consumption of the oil well are summed up in thispaper.Theenergy-consumption valuecan bejudged correctly by thesystem efficiency.The energy-consumption curve for pump leakage wells and intermittent liquid-producing well is wave type.The wellbore equipment failure can be judged by energy-consumption data and curve,and the field management can be enhanced by energy-consumption curve.The energy-consumption values can play a biggest role in the production of oil well.

Application of energy-consumption on-line evaluation system in natural gas purification plant

Abstract:Natural gas purification plant with the large scale,complex technology has a giant energy-consumption, which accounts for about 30%of the total energy-consumption during the whole natural gas exploitation.The accuracy and timeliness of energy-consumption evaluation is of great significance to the energy-saving& consumption-reducing of natural gas purification plant.Based on the discussion of the natural gas purification process,methods and the steps of building an on-line energy-consumption evaluation system are put forward.The difference between the design energy-consumption,the theoreticalenergy-consumption and the actual energy-consumption can be analyzed by using this system.The basis and support can be provided for the enterprise to carry out energy-saving&consumption-reducing.

Methods on measuring and expressing for oilfield power grid power factor

Abstract:The particularity of electrical equipment and load in oilfield power grid leads to the existence of harmonic interference, short-term over-compensation phenomenon and short-term power generation phenomenon.Different calculation methods lead to different results and conclusions.It will impact on oilfield power-using to determine energy-saving technology transformation measurement.According to the definition and calculation theoretical of the power factor,combined with the rationality of the measurement results and the guidance for promote the production practices,the measurement and expression method for power factor in oil field power grid under various electric conditions can be determined.It will provide more accurate and effective reference data for the power user and power management sector to further improve the power factor,power quality and save power consumption.

The running rule of water-injecting pump can be found and the reasonable running range can be optimized by analyzing the running status after transformed and studying the pre-frequency control technology.0.09 kWh/m3of unit consumption for system can be reduced.

Abstract:Aiming at higher energy-consumption,higher development costs for heavy oil thermal recovery caused by lower oil price,how to break through the current downturn of the oil market,the quality-improving& benefit-increasing for heavy oil production has become an important research topic.The technological innovation is know as a tool to increase the heavy oil stock benefit under low oil price in Shengli oilfield.The low cost development can be realized by implementing stock benefit-increasing project and improving the system efficiency for heavy oil development.10 kinds of low cost developing technologies have been introduced in this paper,such as injection-production coupling technology,ultra heavy oil chemical auxiliary thermal recovery technology,steam-injecting&sand-controlling packer device technology,improved fly ash plugging agent technology to reduce the cost,optimized eccentric wear-prevention process to reduce the cost of lifting, producing liquid structure optimization control technology,hydraulic sand-discharging technology,"ANFS" technology,"four supporting"dry-keeping&viscosity-reducing technology and nitrogen foam profile control technology.Practice has proved that these low-cost heavy oil technology measures are very effective to the quality-improving&benefit-increasing for heavy oil development.

Application of double-speed motor and frequency conversion technology in oil pumping unit

Abstract:The suspension point load of pumping unit is volatile and the motor load changes alternately.In order to meet the needs of startup,larger motor power is equipped with the pumping unit.However,lower operation efficiency during the normal running and lighter load can cause the energy waste.In order to reduce the energy-consumption for artificial-lift system,some energy-saving technologies have been used in oil pumping unit in recent years.Analyzed have been the working principle,energy-saving features,actual effects and advantages for double-speed motor and frequency conversion control cabinet.

Research status and progress on thermal washing for rod pumped well

Abstract:Due to the continuous operation of pumping unit well,the wax precipitation phenomenon during crude oil exploitation process can be found in pumping unit wells.The current thermal washing paraffin removal technology is a necessary means to maintain normal production of pumping unit well.The mechanism on pumping unit well wax and thermal washing concepts such as paraffin removal mechanism have been introducedbriefly and the casing gas recovery unit before oil well thermal washing has been expounded in this paper,and the influencing factors on rod-pumped well thermal washing cycle have been reviewed respectively from several aspects.Innovation point of this article is not venting casing gas before the thermal washing,but use a special set for the recovery of the casing gas,such both neither can waste oil and gas energy,also avoid the environmental pollution and economic losses caused by oil spewed from wellhead.

Abstract:With the expansion of the power grid scale,continuous improvement of the equipment manufacturing quality and wide application of various advanced testing technology,the drawbacks of the regular maintenance is more obviously.Therefore,the full implementation of condition based maintenance(CBM)is trend.The reliability of power network equipment safety operation can be improved,a lot of equipment maintenance costs and resources can be saved,and the operation cost and power loss can be reduced by using condition-based maintenance.Condition-based maintenance is a systematic project,it is necessary to establish a long-term and effective operating mechanism to achieve the optimization of production cost and human resources.

Abstract:A lot of beam pumping unit have been used in China oilfield.The high-efficiency operation of beam pumping unit is an important way of oilfield development.The efficiency level of domestic oilfield pumping is different.It is mainly associated with the lifting height,liquid-producing capacity,production parameters,the system load rate and other factors.The main problems affecting pumping unit system lift efficiency have been discussed and the energy-saving potential of the whole system has been expounded in this paper.The corresponding energy-saving strategy has been proposed in the end of this paper.It has great practical significance for high-efficiency operation of rod-pumped well.

Application of fluid coupling device in rod pumped well

Abstract:Because the conventional asynchronous motor for oilfield has higher installed power,higher energyconsumption and lower efficiency, the fluid coupling transmission device for rod pumped well is been developed.According to the principle,which the pump wheel torque of the fluid coupling device is proportional to the square of the rotational speed,the starting torque of the motor is reduced by the low speed running of the starting transient pump wheel.Compared with the traditional frequency conversion and other equipment, experiments show that hydraulic coupling transmission device can drive the motor with a large starting torque and low load.It can effectively reduce the active power consumption by 10.8%.

Application of fully balanced energy-saving oil pumping unit in oilfield

Abstract: For higher energy-consumption for the traditional oil pumping unit,a kind of fully balanced energy-saving oil pumping unit has been developed.The pumping unit can be driven by the motor forward or reverse direction moving,the flexible polish rod can be moved up and down by rotary table,the pumping action can be finished.Because of removing of the gear box,connecting rod and moving beam of the traditional oil pumping unit,the power-consumption can be reduced greatly.41.76 kWh and 79.44 kWh of power consumption for experiment single well is reduced respectively,9.83 kWh/t and 10.59 kWh/t of unit consumption can be decrease.The better energy-saving effects can be achieved by using this technology.

Application of new pulsed electric dehydration technology in oilfield

Abstract:With the application of ASP flooding in Daqing oilfield,the composition of the produced fluids becomes more and more complicated,the emulsion-breaking of lactescence becomes more and more difficult. Electrical dehydration is widely used in the oilfields for its simple structure,lower energy-consumption and easy continuous operation.However,high voltage AC and DC fields always create a great conduction current between the two electrodes,causing unstable dehydration,which is quite difficult to meet the requirement of dehydration in oilfields.The pulsed electric dehydration efficiency is higher than those fields.In-situ test showed that the capacity of pulsed electric dehydration is 59.8%more than AC field,and 83.5%of energy can be saved. Meanwhile,it demonstrates higher stability than AC field when dealing with complicated produced fluids.

Abstract:In recent years,the international oil prices continue to slump,the higher cost for crude oil production in Daqing oilfield and the lower oil prices have formed a new contradiction.In oilfield production,the electric energy consumption for motor is an important part of the production cost,how to save the electric energy consumption is also an important task to reduce the cost of production.At present,the inverter is used mainly as a motor energy-saving device in Daqing oilfield.A inverter using status is introduced,combined with the accumulation of experience,the influencing factors and common fault during the frequency converter using have been summed up in this paper.The inverter can be used preferably by user and manager,the service life can be extended and the input and output ratio can be increased by reading this paper.

Abstract:Soil corrosion is the most important reason of the buried pipelines corrosion perforation besides individual material,construction and management factor.By researching Lamadian oilfield soil corrosion character and drawing soil corrosion character classification picture,we can make sure both the inside corrosion protection method and the outside corrosion protection method of pipeline,and form a series of anti-corrosion and heat preservation technologies,which are adaptable for the buried pipelines of Lamadian oilfield,to improve the level of anti-corrosion planning and slow down the rate of pipeline corrosion.

Development and application of lift-draw style oil drain device

Abstract:With the promulgation and implementation of the new environmental law,higher requirements for the well cleaning production have been put forward.Based on environmental pollution problems caused by well liquid overflow during pulling out the oil tubes,the lift-draw style oil drain device has been developed,which is composed of lift-draw style oil drain valve and the rotary style pipe string anchored.When the well-completion pipe-strings are put in the first down hole operations,the oil drain valve should be installed on the pump,the rotary style pipe string anchored should be installed under the pump.After putting the oil tubes,the lift-draw style oil drain device can be set down by rotating the oil tubes.When the oil tubes were pulled out in the second downhole operations,the sealing can be released by lifting oil tubes,oil drain valve and anchored device,the drain holes of oil drain device can be exposed, the annular space of tubing and casing pipe can be connected, the purpose of oil drainage can be achieved.Laboratory experiments and field tests show that pressure performance of oil drain valve is better,it doesn’t increase hidden dangers to the normal production of oil wells, the seal-releasing performance of anchored device and oil drain valve is reliable,the function drainage can be successfully achieved,and it can ensure the operation smoothly.
