柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療圍絕經期綜合征的臨床應用

[摘要] 目的 研究柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療圍絕經期綜合征的臨床應用效果，為臨床醫生治療圍絕經期綜合征提供新的方法。 方法 整群選擇2011年10月—2012年11月來該院治療圍絕經期綜合征的患者112例，隨機將其分成對照組和治療組，每組56例。對照組采用西藥對癥治療，治療組同時采用柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療，觀察兩組患者療效。 結果 治療組患者總有效率為98.21%，明顯高于對照組總有效率為69.64%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；兩組患者在治療期間均未出現嚴重不良反應。 結論 圍絕經期綜合征患者在對癥治療基礎上采用柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療效果明顯，能有效提高療效，用藥安全性高，改善患者生活質量，可推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in treating perimenopausal period syndrome，to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods Group selection 112 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2012 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group， 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine，the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction， and we observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.21%， significantly higher than that of the control group， the total effective rate was 69.64%， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）；there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Perimenopausal syndrome patients in the symptomatic treatment by Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment effect is obvious， can effectively improve the curative effect， high drug safety， improve the quality of life of patients， popularization and application.

圍絕經期綜合征又稱更年期綜合征，是指女性患者在絕經前后出現性激素波動引發的一系列以自主神經系統功能紊亂為主的臨床癥狀。有報告顯示，采用柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療圍絕經期綜合征效果明顯，能有效的提高總有效率，減少不良反應。為了驗證這一觀點，該研究對2011年10月—2012年11月該院治療圍絕經期綜合征的患者112例，隨機分組，分別采用柴胡桂枝干姜湯治療和西藥對癥治療，對比其效果，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
