非洛地平并阿托伐他汀治療單純收縮期高血壓的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 探討非洛地平并阿托伐他汀治療單純收縮期高血壓的臨床療效。方法 方便選取2014年2月—2015年2月于該院住院的72例單純收縮期高血壓患者抽簽隨機(jī)分為兩組。對(duì)照組（36例）給予非洛地平緩釋片口服，觀察組（36例）及在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用阿托伐他汀鈣片口服。比較兩組患者治療前后的收縮壓、脈壓、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白的改善情況來評(píng)估兩組患者藥物治療的臨床療效。 結(jié)果 治療后觀察組患者一氧化氮（78.56±8.43）μmol/L較治療前及對(duì)照組治療后（52.34±8.25）μmol/L顯著較高（P<0.05），收縮壓[（131.25±8.46）mmHg、脈壓（56.82±5.46）mmHg、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（7.48±2.16）mg/L較對(duì)治療前及對(duì)照組治療后（145.28±8.09）mmHg、（67.48±6.13）mmHg、（12.15±2.11）mg/L]顯著較低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對(duì)于治療單純收縮期高血壓患者，非洛地平并阿托伐他汀治療比單獨(dú)用藥能更好地降低患者的收縮期血壓和脈壓，降低患者的血管炎性水平，提高臨床療效。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of felodipine and atorvastatin in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension. Methods Convenient selection from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital Seventy-two patients with isolated systolic hypertension in our hospital were randomized into two groups.The control group （36 cases） was treated with oral felodipine sustained-release tablets while the observation group （36 cases）， on the basis of the control group， was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The improvement of systolic blood pressure， pulse pressure and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein before and after treatment was compared between the two groups to evaluate the curative effect of drug therapy.Results After treatment， the nitric oxide level （78.56±8.43）μmol/L in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in control group after treatment（52.34±8.25） μmol/L while systolic blood pressure（131.25±8.46） mmHg， pulse pressure （56.82±5.46） mmHg and high sensitivity C reactive protein（7.48±2.16） mg/L were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control groupafter treatment（145.28±8.09） mmHg， （67.48±6.13） mmHg， （12.15±2.11） mg/L （P < 0.05）. Conclusion For treatment of patients with isolated systolic hypertension， felodipine combined with atorvastatin is better than single drug therapy in reducing systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure， reduce vascular inflammatory leveland improve clinical curative effect.

單純收縮期高血壓是一種好發(fā)于老年人的以收縮壓異常升高但舒張壓正常為主要特點(diǎn)的高血壓性疾病，是高血壓的常見類型。有資料顯示，高血壓及脈壓增高是我國心血管疾病死亡的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素[1]。臨床上常采用降壓藥物治療高血壓患者，對(duì)單純收縮期高血壓患者選擇最適宜的用藥方案尤為重要[2]。現(xiàn)將2014年2月—2015年2月于該院住院的72例單純收縮期高血壓患者作為研究對(duì)象，探討非洛地平并阿托伐他汀治療對(duì)患者的臨床療效，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
