
[摘要] 目的 探討自體骨移植術(shù)中引導(dǎo)骨再生技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用及療效。方法 方便選取2013年6月—2014年12月該院收治的26例進(jìn)行牙槽嵴骨增量手術(shù)的患者資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,按治療方法的不同分為觀察組與對照組,觀察組為給予自體骨移植+膜引導(dǎo)再生技術(shù)的患者;對照組為給予單純的塊狀自體骨移植的患者,對比兩組患者術(shù)后牙骨吸收的情況。結(jié)果 兩組患者皆出現(xiàn)移植骨吸收情況,對照組患者骨塊吸收值( 1.977±0.383)mm相較于觀察組患者骨吸收值 (0.558±0.220)mm情況更為明顯,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 自體骨移植+膜引導(dǎo)再生技術(shù)有利于再生骨的重建及種植體的骨性愈合,骨增量臨床效果明顯,值得在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective Explore autologous bone graft in the clinical application and efficacy of guided bone regeneration technique. Methods Convenient selected from June 2013 to December 2014, 26 cases of our hospital patients with alveolar ridge bone increment operation data were retrospectively analyzed, according to the divided into observation group and control group, treatment group to grant a + membrane guided bone autograft regeneration technology of patients; The control group to give a simple block patients with autologous bone graft, compared two groups of patients with postoperative dental bone resorption. Results Two groups of patients were transplanted bone resorption, control group patients of bone absorption value of(1.977±0.383)mm compared with observation group of patients with bone absorption value of (0.558±0.22)mm is more obvious, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Autologous bone graft + membrane guided regeneration technology is conducive to the reconstruction of the regeneration of bone and implant osseous healing, bone incremental clinical effect is obvious, is worth popularizing in clinical application.

失牙后患者常會出現(xiàn)牙槽嵴明顯吸收狀況,所以在行牙齒種植術(shù)前需要對骨量不足患者先行骨增量術(shù),引導(dǎo)性骨再生是在20世紀(jì)80年代正式被引入到種植手術(shù)前[1],為牙槽嵴做增量術(shù),現(xiàn)已成為口腔頜面外科最為重要的技術(shù)之一。有研究表明,在失牙后有50%左右的牙槽骨會喪失,由于患者牙機(jī)理骨的嚴(yán)重萎縮,為其后的治療帶來極大的困難[2]。在很多骨增量技術(shù)中,自體骨移植是最適合患者的一種手術(shù),自體骨不但具有骨引導(dǎo)功能還具有明顯的骨誘導(dǎo)作用,是目前所知的最理想的骨增量材料[3],但自體骨移植骨塊吸收較明顯,以上頜前牙區(qū)最為明顯,主要是由于唇肌對牙槽嵴的壓力造成。……
