


[摘要] 目的 探討大劑量沐舒坦對急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)患者肺損傷程度、血氣指標和血清SOD活力的影響。方法 方便選取2014年3月—2016年3月在該院診治的急性呼吸窘迫綜合征120例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,對照組450 mL生理鹽水實施靜注,觀察組20 mg/kg沐舒坦外加450 mL生理鹽水靜注,對比兩組血清超氧化物歧化酶活力及肺損傷程度等變化。結果 觀察組用藥后,肺損傷及血氣指標評分[7 d:PaO2/FIO2為(352.1±53.2)mmHg;SaO2:(95.5±3.0)%;PaO2:(95.9±13.8)mmHg]相比于治療前[(7 d:PaO2/FIO2為(126.8±30.2) mmHg;SaO2:(89.1±4.9)%;PaO2:(65.4±10.2)mmHg],均得到顯著改善,血清SOD活力兩組比較差異有統計學意義[(165.4±30.2) vs (146.1±28.1)](P<0.05)。 結論采用大劑量沐舒坦治療急性呼吸窘迫綜合征患者,可實現其血氣指標和血清SOD活力的顯著增強,利于呼吸功能恢復。

[Abstract] Objective To study the high-dose mu comfortable for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in patients with lung injury degree, the influence of the blood gas index and serum SOD activity. Methods Convenient selection in March 2014 - March 2016 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group 450 mL saline implement static note, observe the group of 20 mg/kg mu comfortable plus 450 mL saline static note, compared two groups of serum superoxide dismutase (sod) activity and degree of lung injury in change. Results Observation group after lung injury and blood gas index score [7 d, PaO2/FIO2 to (352.1±53.2) mmHg; SaO2:(95.5±3.0)%;PaO2(95.9±13.8)mmHg], compared with before treatment[(7 d, PaO2/FIO2 to(126.8±30.2)mmHg; SaO2:(89.1±4.9)%; PaO2:(65.4±10.2)mmHg], were improved significantly, serum SOD difference [(165.4±30.2) vs (146.1±28.1)](P<0.05).Conclusion Using high doses of mu comfortable treatment in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, SOD activity significantly enhanced, breathable functional recovery.

急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)作為臨床中一種較為常見且難治型臨床綜合征,當前對其治療主要選用以機械通氣為主的綜合治療方案,仍無有效治療藥物。沐舒坦作為一種較新型的粘液溶解劑,能夠將鐵鰲合游離及清除OH,實現機體在抗氧化損傷能力增強,達到保護肺脂質目的[1-3]。該文方便選取該院于2014年3月—2016年3月診治的急性呼吸窘迫綜合征120例,對其采用大劑量沐舒坦予以治療,效果顯著,現報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
方便選取在該院診治的急性呼吸窘迫綜合征120例,所選取患者均為ARDS相關診斷標準相符的ICU病人,均采用呼吸機實施治療,排除呼吸系統疾病,且將諸如泌尿及消化等系統感染等予以排除。……
