106例兒童眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎治療分析

[摘要] 目的 探討兒童眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎的臨床治療效果。方法 整群選取2013年10月—2015年10月在長春市兒童醫院進行治療的眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎患兒106例，按照住院時間的順序分為兩組，對照組（53例）給予傳統治療，觀察組（53例）在對照組的基礎上給予針刺引流治療，比較兩組患兒的治療有效率和住院時間。結果 觀察組治療有效率為94.3%，住院時間為（8.9±2.7）d，對照組治療有效率為79.2%，住院時間為（14.6±3.5）d，兩組患兒相比差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 針刺引流治療兒童眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎的臨床治療效果滿意，值得在臨床上推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of periorbital and orbital cellulitis in children.Methods October 2013 to October 2015 in Changchun children's Hospital for treatment of orbital and periorbital cellulitis in children with 106 cases were selected， and according to hospitalization time sequence is divided into two groups， the control group （53cases）was given conventional treatment， the observation group（53cases） on the basis of the control group treated by Acupuncture and drainage in the treatment of and compared between the two groups of children with effective rate of treatment and hospitalization time. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.3%， the length of hospital stay was （8.9 ± 2.7） d， the effective rate of control group was 79.2%， the length of hospital stay was （14.6± 3.5） d， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture drainage treatment of children periorbital and orbital cellulitis， worthy of clinical application.

眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎是兒童常見的眼科疾病，屬于急性化膿性炎癥，高發季節為春夏季節[1]?？糁芊涓C組織炎高發年齡段為5歲以下，眼眶蜂窩組織炎的高發年齡段為5歲以上[2-3]。兒童的血腦屏障發育不完善，眼部對外界的抵抗力較弱，容易受到感染，眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎如果沒有及時診斷和進行治療，會出現神經乳頭充血、水腫、視神經炎等，嚴重時出現腦膜炎、敗血癥而危及患兒的生命。針刺引流是臨床上常用的治療眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎的一種方法，為了探討兒童眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎的臨床治療效果，對2013年10月—2015年10月在長春市兒童醫院進行治療的106例患兒給予不同的治療方法，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

整群選取在長春市兒童醫院進行治療的眶周及眼眶蜂窩組織炎患兒106例，按照住院時間的順序分為兩組，觀察組53例，女23例，男30例；……
