皮膚軟組織擴張器在整形外科中的應用效果

[摘要] 目的 探討皮膚軟組織擴張器在整形外科中的應用效果。方法 整群選取2013年1月—2015年12月在長春市中心醫院整形美容科進行皮膚軟組織擴張術的患者228例，按住院時間先后順序分為兩組各114例，觀察組給予皮膚軟組織擴張器治療，對照組給予自體移植治療，比較兩組并發癥發生率和患者滿意度。結果 觀察組并發癥發生率為7%，患者滿意度為92.1%，對照組并發癥發生率為15.8%，患者滿意度為74.6%，兩組患者相比差異有統計學意義（P <0.05）。結論 皮膚軟組織擴張器在整形外科中的應用效果滿意，且患者滿意度高，值得在臨床上推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of skin soft tissue expander in plastic surgery.Methods Group select the 2013 January to December 2015 in the Central Hospital of Changchun City Department of plastic and cosmetic surgery of 228 cases of patients with skin soft tissue expansion， the hospitalization time sequence， were divided into two groups of 114 cases， the observation group according to give the skin soft tissue expander in the treatment， the patients in control group were treated by autologous transplantation and complications were compared between the two groups occurred rate and patient satisfaction. Results The complication rate of observation group was 7%， patients' satisfaction rate was 92.1%， control group complication rate was 15.8%， patients' satisfaction rate was 74.6%， and the two groups were statistically significant （P <0.05）. Conclusion Application of skin soft tissue expander in the plastic surgery of satisfaction， and patient satisfaction is high， it is worth in the clinical application.

整形外科是外科學的分支，是近期發展迅速的一個學科，主要包括修復與再造兩部分[1]，其治療范圍廣泛，包括先天性缺損與畸形、機械、化學、高溫、冷凍等造成的創傷。整形外科是以恢復生理功能為原則，以手術方法進行各種組織移植為手段，同時兼顧了形態的完美，最大限度滿足了患者的要求。皮膚軟組織擴張術是近些年來整形外科特有的治療方法[2]，被譽為醫學領域的一次革命，具有療效確切、安全系數高等優點。為了探討皮膚軟組織擴張器在整形外科中的應用效果，對2013年1月—2015年12月在長春市中心醫院整形美容科進行治療的228例患者給予不同的方法，現報道如下。
