頭頸癌患者綜合治療中應用局部熱療的效果分析

摘要：目的 探討分析頭頸癌患者綜合治療中應用局部熱療的臨床效果。方法 選取23例頭頸癌患者，采用應用局部熱療的綜合治療法進行治療，觀察患者的臨床療效和5年生存率。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過2個療程的治療，本組病例總緩解率為91.30%；隨訪5年，生存率為86.96%。結(jié)論 頭頸癌患者綜合治療中應用局部熱療能夠提高晚期腫瘤的可切除性和局部控制率，提高患者生存質(zhì)量，副作用小。

Abstract：Objective Discusses the application of analysis a comprehensive treatment of patients with head and neck cancer clinical effect of local thermal therapy.Methods Select 23 cases of head and neck cancer patients were treated using the application of local hyperthermia combined therapy，observed the clinical efficacy and 5-year survival. Results After 2 courses of treatment，the incidence of total response rate was 91.30%；5 years of follow-up，the survival rate of 86.96%.Conclusion Head and neck cancer patients with comprehensive treatment in the application of local hyperthermia can improve resectability and local control rates of advanced tumors，improve the quality of life of patients，side effects.

頭頸癌是指發(fā)生于頭頸部的癌瘤，其中以鱗癌最常見。目前，臨床中常采用手術、放療以及化療等方法治療，這些方法能夠使腫瘤在一定時間內(nèi)得到控制，但最終仍無法使腫瘤根本治愈[1]。隨著熱療技術的廣泛應用，延長了頭頸癌患者的生存期，是繼手術、放化療以及生物治療后的又一種抗腫瘤手段[2]。本文分析了頭頸癌患者綜合治療中應用局部熱療的臨床效果，現(xiàn)報道如下：

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選取2013年1月～2015年4月我院收治的23例頭頸癌患者作為研究對象，所有患者均經(jīng)過CT或MRI檢查以及組織活檢確診為頭頸癌。其中男性有15例，女性有8例，年齡為29～82例，平均年齡為（47.52±6.19）歲。本組病例的病中包括口腔粘膜癌（8例）、舌癌（8例）、頜下腺癌（4例）以及唇癌（3例）。

1.2治療方法 本研究組的病例均采用全身化療與局部治療進行治。具體化療方案為[3]：MMC 6～8mg/m2 d1+VDS 4mg/次d1，d8+DDP80～100mg/m2 d1～d3，兩組患者均進行2～6個周期的化療，每個周期為3 w。熱療選用內(nèi)生場熱療系統(tǒng)對頭頸部病灶加熱，具體方法為：CDDP 20mg/m2/w+HT 42.5℃/30min+RT 2Gy。熱療均在化療后即開始或與化療同時進行。……
