《現代泌尿外科雜志》2011～2013年文獻計量學指標分析

摘要：目的 《現代泌尿外科雜志》載文、引文、作者的特點，掌握論文被引情況。方法 通過檢索萬方數據庫和人工檢索相結合的方法分析2011～2013年《現代泌尿外科雜志》出版的710篇論文的第一作者年齡、性別、數目、單位級別和地址、學歷、職稱、合作單位數、基金資助等基本情況及論文內容、欄目、參考文獻等項目的分布及其論文被引用情況。結果 部隊醫院、前列腺肥大及腎結石、論著欄目、發表時間2年以上者、男性、30～49歲作者發文的被引率較高，而學歷、職稱對論文被引沒有顯著影響。結論 《現代泌尿外科雜志》作者遍布全國各地乃至國際，在泌尿外科臨床工作中具有廣泛的學術影響力，是中國科技論文統計源期刊。有針對性地組稿、約稿是今后進一步提高論文被引率的關鍵。

Abstract：Objective To master information of Cited papers by studing the characteristics of articles， citations and authors in Journal of Modern Urology. Methods 710 articles published in Journal of Modern Urology during 2011 and 2013 were retrieved by the WANFANG Citation DATAbase and manual statisticson on 20 March 2014，Which including the ages， gender， number， working place and it，s the administrative level ， education and job title of the first author；number of coauthors； funds； content， column and reference of the papers. Results In 710 papers ， A total of 102 papers were cited while 608 were not. the column was research papers， the content were benign prostatic hyperplasia or Kidney stone， the published time were over two years ， the first authors were working in military hospitals ， 30～49 years old or male were more likely to be cited. The other factors had no direct correlation with citation.Conclusion Journal of Modern Urology ，which authors distributed generally all over the country even international， an academic journal of high quality with strong influence， plays a positive role in clinical work，as well is one kind of Chinese scientific and technological periodicals .

作者于2011年對中國內地出版的《中國男科學》、《中華男科學》、《臨床泌尿外科》、《中華泌尿外科》、《現代泌尿外科》、《國際泌尿系統》雜志的計量分析發現：國內泌尿類期刊的影響力位于外科類期刊的居中水平，出版周期位于中頻區刊[1]?，F進一步深化分析《現代泌尿外科》的文獻計量學指標，為編輯部下一步進行有針對性的宣傳、組稿、約稿提供依據。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料及觀察指標 截止2014年3月20日，通過萬方數據庫的檢索與人工統計相結合的方法對2011～2013年《現代泌尿外科雜志》出版的共計710篇論文檢索其被引情況，并將論文第一作者年齡、性別、數目、單位、學歷、職稱、合作單位數、基金資助等基本情況及論文內容、欄目、參考文獻等項目輸入數據庫進行統計分析?！?br>
