聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期護理方法探討

摘要：目的 對聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期中應用優質護理措施的方法及臨床效果進行討論。方法 對2015年12月～2016年5月在本院進行聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期護理的100例患者，隨機分為兩組，一組為研究組，人數為50例，實施優質護理干預；一組為對照組，人數為50例，實施常規護理，比較兩組患者滿意率進行分析。結果 護理后，研究組的依從性情況更為平穩， SCL-90評分更優，滿意度更優。結論 采用適宜的優質護理干預對于聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期患者滿意率及保持患者心情平穩是有幫助的。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the method and clinical effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of vocal cord polyp excision. Methods 100 cases of the period from December 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were vocal polyps enucleation of the perioperative care of patients， were randomly divided into two groups， one group as the study group， the number of 50 cases， the implementation of high quality nursing intervention； one was control group， the number of 50 cases， the implementation of routine care， analysis comparison of two groups of patients satisfaction rate. Results After nursing， the compliance of the study group was more stable， the SCL-90 score was better， and the degree of satisfaction was better. Conclusion It is helpful to adopt appropriate quality nursing intervention for patients with vocal cord polyps in the perioperative period of patients with satisfactory rate and maintain the stable mood of patients.

在聲帶息肉醫治方面，摘除術使用效果較佳[1]。當今，護理的重要性越來越明顯，很多的醫療機構都開始針對患者的實際情況制定更加合理的護理措施[2]。在醫療護理中，關注患者的護理質量，關切患者的心理波動，對于患者實施有效的護理措施，可以提升患者的治療質量[3]。醫院護理工作在醫療診治中是關鍵環節，貫穿整個診治過程的始終，對于醫療保證起到的作用不可輕視[4]。作為醫治的一個重要部分，護理在整體醫護工作中扮演著重要角色，提高護理工作質量是醫院一項重要工作，可以保障患者安全[5]。本研究旨在探討在聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期的常規護理中融入優質護理干預后，對于患者護理效果的改善情況。選取聲帶息肉摘除術的圍手術期100例患者，其中的50例患者作為研究組，接受日常護理和優質護理干預，其余50例的患者僅接受常規護理，即對照組，探討這兩種護理方法的比對結果，現將對比評價結果報道如下。……
