淺談醫(yī)院保衛(wèi)科在醫(yī)患糾紛中的作用

摘要：醫(yī)院保衛(wèi)科是醫(yī)院建設(shè)工作的重要環(huán)節(jié)，關(guān)系著整個(gè)醫(yī)院的穩(wěn)定，維護(hù)正常的工作秩序，保障安全的就醫(yī)環(huán)境。現(xiàn)在隨著醫(yī)院規(guī)模不斷的壯大，迎來了醫(yī)院嶄新的面貌，同時(shí)醫(yī)院醫(yī)療環(huán)境也發(fā)生了巨大的變化，患者及其家屬對(duì)醫(yī)院的期望值過高，從而導(dǎo)致醫(yī)患糾紛事件不斷增加，醫(yī)院保衛(wèi)科工作因此就成為一項(xiàng)重要工作，維系著患者、家屬及廣大醫(yī)護(hù)人員的正常就醫(yī)及工作環(huán)境。

Abstract：Hospital security department is an important part of hospital construction， the relationship between the stability of the whole hospital， maintain the normal order of the work， to ensure the safety of medical treatment environment. Now with the hospital scale is continually expanding， ushered in the hospital a new look， also the medical treatment environment also occurred in the great changes， patients and their families for hospital expectation value is too high， resulting in increasing doctor-patient dispute， hospital security department work thus became an important work， maintain the patients， families and the general staff of the normal medical treatment and working environment.

醫(yī)院是一個(gè)對(duì)外開放的公共場所，具有人流量大、人員混雜、資金流通量大等特點(diǎn)，這些因素都會(huì)給社會(huì)上的不法分子帶來違法作案的可乘之機(jī)。同時(shí)現(xiàn)在隨著醫(yī)院規(guī)模不斷的壯大， 迎來了醫(yī)院嶄新面貌的同時(shí)醫(yī)院醫(yī)療環(huán)境也發(fā)生了巨大的變化，患者及其家屬對(duì)醫(yī)院的期望值過高，從而導(dǎo)致醫(yī)患糾紛事件不斷增加，還會(huì)在社會(huì)上產(chǎn)生重大影響，對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定帶來嚴(yán)重沖擊[1-2]。醫(yī)院保衛(wèi)科是醫(yī)院建設(shè)工作的重要環(huán)節(jié)，關(guān)系著整個(gè)醫(yī)院的穩(wěn)定，維護(hù)正常的工作秩序，保障安全的就醫(yī)環(huán)境。因此醫(yī)院保衛(wèi)科工作就成為一項(xiàng)重要工作，發(fā)揮了穩(wěn)定醫(yī)院內(nèi)部、建設(shè)醫(yī)療和諧環(huán)境的作用。為了能夠保障醫(yī)患合法利益，有條理的降低和解決醫(yī)患糾紛， 維護(hù)患者、家屬及醫(yī)護(hù)人員的正常就醫(yī)和工作環(huán)境，現(xiàn)將我院保衛(wèi)科開展各項(xiàng)工作體會(huì)匯報(bào)如下：

1 做好醫(yī)院治安管理工作基礎(chǔ)，認(rèn)真落實(shí)好安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，并積極配合公安機(jī)關(guān)
