摘要:目的 焦點(diǎn)解決護(hù)理對頸椎病患者抑郁情緒和睡眠質(zhì)量的效果研究。方法 本文選取60例頸椎病患者,隨機(jī)劃分兩組,對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式,護(hù)理組采用焦點(diǎn)解決護(hù)理干預(yù)方式,對比兩組的抑郁不良情緒狀態(tài)評分大小和睡眠質(zhì)量評分結(jié)果。結(jié)果 護(hù)理組的的抑郁不良情緒狀態(tài)評分大小、主觀睡眠、入睡時(shí)間、睡眠時(shí)間、日間功能障礙以及睡眠質(zhì)量多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)大小分別是(33.18±2.14)分、(1.42±0.68)分、(6.08±1.07)分、(2.16±0.32)分、(1.52±0.52)分以及(9.78±1.07)分,和對照組的抑郁不良情緒狀態(tài)評分大小和睡眠質(zhì)量評分結(jié)果對比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 頸椎病患者采用焦點(diǎn)解決護(hù)理干預(yù)方式后,能夠有效調(diào)節(jié)患者的焦慮、抑郁不良情緒狀態(tài),放松身心,進(jìn)一步保證患者的睡眠質(zhì)量得到明顯提升和改善。

Abstract:Objective To focus to solve the nursing effect of depression and sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods In this paper, the selection of 60 cases of cervical spondylosis patients, randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional care, nursing group adopts focus solve nursing intervention method, compared two groups of bad emotional state of depression score size and sleep quality score results. Results The adverse emotional state of depression score of nursing group size, subjective sleep, sleep time, sleep time, daytime dysfunction, and size of sleep quality indicators were (33.18±2.14), (1.42±0.68), (6.08±1.07), (2.16±0.32), (1.52±0.52) and (9.78±1.07), and the control group adverse emotional state of depression score size and sleep quality score compared statistically significant results. Conclusion Cervical spondylopathy were treated by focus way, after the nursing intervention can effectively adjust the patient's anxiety, depression, bad mood, loosen body and mind, to further ensure that patients sleep quality improved obviously and improve.

頸椎病在我國發(fā)病率逐年上升,病情較輕的患者出現(xiàn)了功能受阻情況,病情嚴(yán)重的患者甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)臥床不起的情況[1],患者的生活不能夠自理,心理情緒容易變得焦慮、抑郁不安,對患者的生活質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生非常不利的影響。
1 資料與方法
1.1一般資料 本次試驗(yàn)選取2013年7月~2015年12月的60例頸椎病患者,每組各30例。男26例,女44例,年齡28~77歲,平均年齡(48.22±18.09)歲。
1.2方法 護(hù)理組采用焦點(diǎn)解決護(hù)理干預(yù)方式。
1.2.1描述問題[2] 在患者入院后開始,護(hù)理人員鼓勵(lì)患者將自己的問題清楚的說明,在談話過程中,需要引導(dǎo)患者進(jìn)行談話結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,患者經(jīng)常過分強(qiáng)調(diào)問題,而不愿意就問題進(jìn)……
