丘陵山地姿態智能調控動力機具技術研究報告

摘 要：該報告研究了丘陵山地姿態智能調控動力底盤的平衡搖臂懸架、H型傳動、角平分變地隙機構和雙軌變輪距機構；丘陵山地谷物收割機的揚谷-旋風-吸雜組合式的分離清選系統、短程高強度軸流脫粒分離裝置和整機模塊化設計技術；丘陵山地便攜式插秧機分插機構和可調式后置隨動輔助支撐機構等技術。研制了丘陵山地姿態智能調控動力底盤、丘陵山地谷物收割機、輕型人力插秧機、半機動插秧機和輕型動力插秧機5種樣機。

Abstract：This report studies the hilly mountain posture intelligent control power chassis balance Angle of rocker arm suspension， H type transmission， divide the change to gap and dual-track wheelbase agencies； Hilly mountain valley - the whirlwind of corn harvester - miscellaneous combined absorption separation cleaning system， the short-range high strength of axial flow threshing and separation installation and machine modular design technology； Hilly mountain portable transplanter mechanism and adjustable rear servo technology such as auxiliary support institutions. Hilly mountain pose is developed intelligent control power chassis， hilly mountain corn harvester， light human transplanter， half motor transplanter and light power rice transplanter 5 kinds of prototype.
