《9000米海洋鉆井包研制》課題技術總結報告

摘 要：《9000米海洋鉆井包研制》課題總體任務為：緊緊圍繞300英尺自升式海洋平臺石油天然氣勘探開發的需要，研制開發出具有自主知識產權的9 000 m海洋鉆機，通過中國船級社認證，鉆機樣機在示范工程中得到應用。進一步提高我國海洋石油鉆井裝備研制水平和石油裝備的綜合配套能力，提升我國石油裝備制造業國際競爭能力，同時促進我國石油天然氣勘探技術的發展。該課題執行過程中，寶雞石油機械有限責任公司借鑒以往成功研發9 000 m和12 000 m陸地鉆機及相關海洋模塊鉆機的設計經驗，在此基礎上立足國內自主研發，分工協作，對重大方案采取專家評審，研究開發形成國內首臺300英尺、鉆深9 000 m的自升式海洋平臺用鉆機。該課題從五個方面進行重點研究公關：（1）鉆機系統集成技術研究；（2）超深井海洋鉆機井架研制；（3）重型滾動式鉆臺滑移裝置研制；（4）整體正壓防爆司鉆控制房研制；（5）FFH75×500Z分流器研制。完成上述幾項關鍵技術的研究后，并進行了整套鉆井包的試制，與協作單位—— 中國石油技術開發公司聯合，在某國外的300FT平臺上進行了配套和試驗，各項試驗結果得到了使用者的好評，目前已經成功獲得6套該級別鉆井包的訂購合同，2套已經交付用戶，后續幾套正陸續組裝和調試階段。通過該課題的研究，相關技術和成果都得以轉化，實現了該海洋鉆井包的批量化、國產化生產，為國家創收了大量外匯，為企業贏得的豐厚的經濟效益；同時該課題的研究也為國家能源裝備保障提供了有利支撐。

Abstract：The main task of the issue of "9000 meters offshore drilling package development" is：closely focus on the demand of 300-feet jack-up offshore platform for oil and natural gas exploration and development，develop 9000 meters offshore rigs certified by China Classification Society with independent intellectual property rights. The prototype rig can be applied in the demonstration project.Further increase the development level of China's offshore oil drilling equipment and the comprehensive ability of petroleum equipment，enhance our international competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.In the meantime，promote the development of China's oil and gas exploration and technology.During the execution of this project，Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co.，Ltd. learned from the former successful experience of developing 9，000 meters and 12，000 meters land drilling rigs and relevant marine module rigs.On this basis，it based on independent research and development and division of labor，took expert assessment of major programs，research and developed to form the China's first 300 feet offshore jack-up rig with the drilling depth of 9，000 meters.In this issue，focused research has been done from five aspects：（1）rig system integrated technology；（2）ultra-deep offshore drilling rig derrick；（3）heavy rolling rig sliding device；（4）holistic positive pressure anti-explosion driller control room；（5）FFH75×500Z shunt.Trial-manufacture of a complete set of drilling package has been taken after the above several key technologies finished.United with the cooperation—— China Petroleum Technology Development Corporation，supported and tested in foreign countries 300FT platform and the test results obtained the user's praise.At present six sets of this level drilling package purchase contracts have been successfully obtained.Two of them have been delivered to clients.The following several sets are also been assembling and debugging.Through this research projects，related technologies and achievements have been transformed，realized the quantification and domestic production of offshore drilling rig package，generated a lot of foreign exchange for the country and gained abundant economic benefit for enterprises. Meanwhile，the research projects also provided strong support for the national energy equipment.
