摘 要:該研究從表征空間機構可靠性的特征量的角度出發,評估空間機構的可靠性。在常用航天機構產品分析中,并不對每件產品進行FMEA或FTA分析,而是對每種類型的機構進行故障模式及其可靠性影響因素分析,旨在找出可能的故障模式及相應的可靠性影響因素,為提煉共性故障模式、基礎的可靠性影響因素奠定基礎。根據航天機構的特點與功能要求,該研究選取壓緊釋放機構、天線指向機構、太陽翼鉸鏈和行星減速器四種常用航天機構為研究對象開展了可靠性試驗基礎研究。結合任務剖面和服役環境,主要研究了各機構的方案構型、開展了故障模式及影響分析,建立了各類機構的可靠性測試與評估指標體系,確定了驅動機構可靠性試驗方法。常用航天機構可靠性測試與評估指標體系建立為研究的后續工作奠定了理論基礎。

Abstract:According to structure and function, ordinary space mechanisms including press- release mechanism, antenna directing mechanism, solar panel hinge and planetary reducer are studied. Based on the mission and service environment, construction and failure model effect analysis(FMEA) are introduced and analyzed. The system of test and evaluation indicators is established. Reliability test procedure for drive mechanism is described. The establishment of the indictor system for ordinary space mechanisms has founded the theoretical basis for subsequent research on this subject.
