摘 要:通過我國玉米骨干自交系的全基因組序列圖譜、轉錄組圖譜、基于基因的SNP單倍體型圖譜等玉米基因組的研究以及玉米重要農(nóng)藝和經(jīng)濟性狀的全基因組關聯(lián)分析,批量鑒定和發(fā)掘玉米重要性狀的功能基因,推動我國玉米的基礎研究和分子育種研究,最終促進我國玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。對10份我國典型優(yōu)良玉米自交系全基因組進行重測序分析以及100份典型溫帶玉米自交系籽粒發(fā)育轉錄組序列分析,分析我國典型溫帶玉米自交系基因組的多樣性和遺傳結構;挖掘玉米自交系籽粒發(fā)育轉錄組的特征;構建玉米高密度的基于基因的SNP單倍體型圖譜和表達譜(eQTL);結合關聯(lián)分析等方法批量鑒定和發(fā)掘影響玉米重要性狀如品質、抗病性等的重要基因,明確這些基因的功能、作用機理、各基因的優(yōu)良等位基因及其玉米種質材料,開發(fā)一批可用于玉米分子育種、效應明顯的功能標記。

Abstract:Through maize genome research (such as our country maize elite inbred lines whole genome sequencing, the transcriptome map, the SNP haplotype map) as well as Genome-wide association study of maize important agronomic and economic characters, this projects aims at identifying and exploring the function gene of maize important characteristics, promoting maize basic research and molecular breeding research, so as to accelerate the development of maize industry in China. Through 10 maize elite inbred lines whole genome resequencing analysis and 100 typical temperate maize inbred lines kernel development transcriptome sequences analysis, we analyzing the genome diversity and genetic structure of the typical temperate maize inbred lines in our country; exploring the feature of kernel development transcriptome of maize inbred lines; constructing maize high-density SNP haplotype map and expression spectrum (eQTL); identifying the function gene of affecting maize important traits such as quality, disease resistance combining with correlation analysis methods; grasping the function of these genes, mechanism, good alleles and maize germplasm materials; and developing a batch of effect obvious function markers using for maize molecular breeding.
