摘 要:按照年度任務(wù)要求,該年度開展了以下工作: 雞尾酒式共敏化方案,拓展染料敏化太陽電池的吸收光譜;利用碘鉛銨量子點(diǎn)、微米球等光散射特性提高器件的光電響應(yīng);利用光電調(diào)制阻抗和光電瞬態(tài)光譜技術(shù)研究器件微觀納米界面的電荷復(fù)合動力學(xué)過程;研究了銀電極中溫?zé)Y(jié)工藝和低電阻制作技術(shù)和300 cm2高效電池組件研究。相關(guān)研究圓滿完成了預(yù)期年度目標(biāo),電池組件效率達(dá)到了8.37%(300 cm2)。

Abstract:The research tasks in the year 2013 from the Task book are as followed:1) By introduce near infrared dye solutions in DSC system, using the F?ster energy transfer characteristics, to increase effectively the light absorption, to investigate the physical mechanisms, and advance efficient energy utilization model.2) To investigate nano-scale interface and charge recombination kinetics of high-performance device under different conditions and microscopic charge carrier concentration and lifetime by using photoelectric modulated impedance and photoelectric transient technology. 3) The investigation on middle temperature sintering process of silver electrode with low resistance production technology. According to the above research task, to achieve the following goals: A complete dynamic model is established for dye sensitized solar cell microscopic interfacial charge transfer, composite and transmission, in order to improve the efficiency of the device to provide theoretical guidance. DSC assembly efficiency reached 8.2% (300 cm2). The control task book for 2013 year, the main work of this period is as follows: Cocktail co-sensitized scheme, absorption spectrum expansion for dye sensitized solar cells; iodine lead ammonium quantum dots, light scattering of TiO2 submicron-sphere to improve the photoelectric response of device; charge modulated photoelectric impedance and transient spectroscopy of device was used to investigate the nano interface recombination dynamic process; studies on the component temperature sintering process and low resistance of silver electrode fabrication technology and 300 cm2 efficient DSC. Module conversion efficiency reached 8.37% (300 cm2) and the annual target of the subproject was successful completed.
