1春節(jié)“一帶一路”沿線成為出境游“新寵”

“旅游過(guò)大年”越來(lái)越流行。旅游出行交易數(shù)據(jù)顯示，春節(jié)期間自駕休閑游、自助度假游成為越來(lái)越多人過(guò)年的首選。從異地用卡特征看，春節(jié)期間，上海、北京、廣東、四川和浙江的消費(fèi)者是境外出行用卡人數(shù)最多的省份。境外用卡方面，今年春節(jié)期間，不僅中國(guó)澳門(mén)、臺(tái)灣，東南亞等傳統(tǒng)的熱門(mén)旅游目的地交易增長(zhǎng)明顯，美國(guó)、加拿大等銀聯(lián)卡受理環(huán)境優(yōu)化的市場(chǎng)，交易也較大幅增長(zhǎng)。受益于“一帶一路”建設(shè)實(shí)施和簽證政策放寬等因素，俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、馬來(lái)西亞、越南、柬埔寨等正成為持卡人出境游“新寵”。

2中國(guó)民航首條跨國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)航線誕生

2月11日海南航空一架波音737-800型飛機(jī)從北京首都機(jī)場(chǎng)飛越蒙古領(lǐng)空，比以往提前降落在滿洲里機(jī)場(chǎng)。滿洲里至北京、呼和浩特的航路優(yōu)化是中國(guó)民航史上首次由機(jī)場(chǎng)提出并協(xié)調(diào)成功的第一條飛越它國(guó)領(lǐng)空的國(guó)內(nèi)航線。在國(guó)家全面推進(jìn)“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的大背景下，將以新航路為紐帶，增強(qiáng)中國(guó)和蒙古國(guó)的地面和空中的多層面合作，兩國(guó)民航業(yè)的關(guān)系更加密切。

34月1日起河北省實(shí)施機(jī)動(dòng)車排放國(guó)五標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

為嚴(yán)格控制機(jī)動(dòng)車污染，河北省環(huán)保廳、省工信廳、省公安廳、省質(zhì)監(jiān)局聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于河北省實(shí)施國(guó)家第五階段機(jī)動(dòng)車排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通告》提出，自今年4月1日起，河北省進(jìn)口、銷售和注冊(cè)登記的輕型汽油車、輕型柴油客車和用于公交、環(huán)衛(wèi)和郵政行業(yè)的重型柴油車，應(yīng)當(dāng)符合國(guó)家第五階段排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)，停止進(jìn)口、銷售和注冊(cè)登記不符合上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的車輛。

424省份GDP增速超7% 跑贏全國(guó)水平

全國(guó)31個(gè)省份GDP增速已全部公布，排名第一的為重慶和西藏，增速為11%，經(jīng)濟(jì)總量最大的為廣東和江蘇，首次突破70000億元。此外，有24個(gè)省份增速超7%，“跑贏”全國(guó)6.9%。

2015年，中西部省份經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn)搶眼。GDP增速排名前三位的省份均來(lái)自西部地區(qū)，分別是重慶、西藏和貴州，增速分別為11%、11%和10.7%，均保持兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)。此外，在24個(gè)GDP增速“跑贏”全國(guó)的省份中，其中17個(gè)是中西部省份。31個(gè)省份中，排名后四位的分別是遼寧、山西、黑龍江和吉林，增速分別為3%、3.1%、5.7%和6.5%。

5貴廣線“最美高鐵站”啟用陽(yáng)朔旅游駛?cè)敫哞F時(shí)代

1月24日，被譽(yù)為貴廣線上“最美高鐵站”的陽(yáng)朔站正式投入使用。小青瓦，白粉墻，重檐，垂花柱，位于興坪古鎮(zhèn)以東山腳下的陽(yáng)朔站頗具桂北民居特色。為保護(hù)周圍自然生態(tài)環(huán)境，陽(yáng)朔站橫空建在高架橋上，總投資約1.5億元人民幣，是貴廣高鐵正線上最大的中間站。貴廣高鐵陽(yáng)朔火車站的開(kāi)通，改變了陽(yáng)朔單一的公路交通格局。當(dāng)?shù)芈糜尾块T(mén)預(yù)計(jì)，每年將有500萬(wàn)人次通過(guò)高鐵來(lái)陽(yáng)朔旅游，西南地區(qū)和珠三角地區(qū)的游客周末到陽(yáng)朔將變得更加方便。

6海南離島免稅購(gòu)物政策調(diào)整

從2月1日起，對(duì)非海南島內(nèi)居民旅客取消購(gòu)物次數(shù)限制。海南現(xiàn)有兩家實(shí)體免稅店可開(kāi)設(shè)網(wǎng)上銷售窗口。現(xiàn)行規(guī)定是每人每次有8000元的免稅購(gòu)物限額，其中非島內(nèi)居民旅客每人每年限購(gòu)2次，島內(nèi)居民每人每年限購(gòu)1次。政策調(diào)整后，非島內(nèi)居民旅客取消購(gòu)物次數(shù)限制，每人每年累計(jì)免稅購(gòu)物限額不超過(guò)16000元。

1Regions along the “Belt and Road” Becoming New Favorites during Chinese New Year

It grows increasingly popular here in China to spend the Chinese New Year’s holiday on a trip. According to statistics of traveling transaction, self-service and self-driving travel became the fi rst choice of more and more people during the Spring Festival. A check on the characteristics of intercity consumption will show that the number of cross-boarder cardholding consumers from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan and Zhejiang is greater than that of any other provinces in China during the festival. And not only many traditional popular tourist destinations in Macau, Taiwan, Southeast Asia have witnessed notable increase in their tourist trade volume, but the USA, and Canada tourist markets, which have an optimized environment for the acceptance of Union Pay Card, have seen a surge in their business. Benefiting from the implementation of the “Belt and Road” Initiative and an eased visa policy, Russia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia are becoming “new favorites” for cardholding outbound tourists.

2Emergence of the 1st Cross-airspace Domestic Air Route of Chinese Civil Aviation

A Boeing 737-800 aircraft winged over Mongolian airspace from Beijing Capital International Airport on February 11th, landing at Manchuria Airport earlier than before. The air route from Manchuria to Beijing and Hohhot, proposed, coordinated and optimized successfully between airports, is the fi rst cross-airspace domestic air route of China. Within the context of comprehensively promoting the “Belt and Road”Initiative, China will take new route as bonds between nations, enhance the multi-level ground and aviation cooperation with Mongolia as well as the civil aviation relationship between the two nations.

3Hebei to Implement the 5th National Vehicle Emission Standards on April 1st

In order to harness motor vehicle air pollution, the Environment Protection Authority, Commission of Industry and Information Technology, and Bureau of Quality Supervision of Hebei Province jointly issued Announcement on the Implementation of the 5thNational Vehicle Emission Standards in Hebei Province, which stated that since April 1stof this year, the light-duty gasoline vehicles and diesel vehicles imported, registered and for sale as well as heavy-duty diesel vehicles for the good of public transportation, environmental sanitation and postal service in Hebei should all meet the 5thNational Vehicle Emission Standards and meanwhile, Hebei will quit importing, selling, and registering vehicles not complying with the above-mentioned standards.

4GDP Growth Rates of 24 Provinces Hit Over 7 % above the National Average

The GDP growth rates of 31 provinces have been released, with Chongqing and Tibet being 11%, ranking abreast NO.1 among all provinces. Guangdong and Jiangsu have the largest economic aggregate and hit over 7,000 billion RMB for the first time. Besides, there are 24 provinces recording a growth rate of more than 7 %, above the national average 6.9%.

The economic performance of provinces in Central and West China was inviting during 2015. The top three provinces on the ranking list, namely Chongqing, Tibet and Guizhou, all belong to West China and their growth rates—respectively 11%, 11% and 10.7%—are keeping a double digit record. Moreover, there are 17 out of 24 provinces whose growth rates are above the national average belonging to central and west region of China. With growth rates at 3%, 3.1%, 5.7% and 6.5 % respectively, 4 out of the total 31 provinces, namely, Liaoning, Shanxi, Heilongjiang and Jilin rank the bottom of the list.

5The Most Attractive High-speed Railway Station on Guyang-Guangzhou Rail Line Starts Running

The reputed “most attractive high-speed railway station”—Yangshuo Station—was officially put into use on January 24th. Located at the hill foot in the east of Xingpin Ancient Town, Yangshuo station distinguishes itself with features of the folk dwellings in north Guangxi, decorated with blue roofing tiles, white walls, double eaves, and colorful vertical pillars. To preserve the natural eco-environment around, the station is build in the midair on viaduct, and, as the largest intermediate station on the Guiyang-Guangzhou railway line, it costs a total investment as large as 0.15 billion RMB. Its operation has marked the change in the invariable land traffic pattern. The local tourism department expects that each year there will be 5 million tourists coming to Yangshuo by high-speed train and those from the southwest region and Pearl River Delta of China will enjoy the convenience of traveling to here on the weekend.

6Adjustment in the Offshore Duty-free Shopping Policy of Hainan

Limitation on the shopping trips of non-resident tourist in Hainan Island has been cancelled since February 1st. Currently Hainan has two duty-free physical stores with online sales window. Before the adjustment, there was a limitation of 8000 RMB on duty-free shopping for each person at one time, with non-resident tourist given 2 times for shopping trip and 1 time for the local ones. Now as the adjustment has been made, the limitation on shopping trips of nonresident tourist is cancelled and they are permitted to purchase duty-free articles within a cumulative shopping quota no more than 16,000 RMB every year per capita..
