淺談短應(yīng)力線軋機機列設(shè)計中的問題

【摘要】短應(yīng)力線軋機廣泛的使用在棒、線材生產(chǎn)線上，在使用過程中主要注意的問題：1萬向接軸的選型；2軋輥裝配端部的結(jié)構(gòu)形式；3軋機鎖緊缸的型式；4軋機壓下形式；5導(dǎo)衛(wèi)型式。本文對這幾個問題進(jìn)行分析并且提出正確選型方法，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，確保軋鋼生產(chǎn)線的高效穩(wěn)定。

Abstract： Short-stress path mill was widely applied in the production line of wire rod and bar. However， there are some problems needs to concern in the process of using. 1 type selection of universal spindle， 2 the structure form of roll assembly on the end， 3 the structure form of lock cylinder on the rolling mill， 4 screw-down form of the rolling mill， 5 guide form of the rolling mill. In this paper， analysis on the above problems were carried， and new improvement methods were introduced， which can make cost down， improve the quality，and ensure stability in production。

短應(yīng)力線軋機廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)棒、線及小型型鋼軋制生產(chǎn)線上，因其重量輕，投資少，剛度高而受到軋鋼廠的青睞。顧名思義，短應(yīng)力線軋機因其在軋制受力時機體應(yīng)力圈比傳統(tǒng)牌坊軋機短，軋制時剛度高，變形小。短應(yīng)力線軋機于上世紀(jì)40年代中期起源于摩伽沙瑪公司，國內(nèi)目前使用最多的兩種形式分別是DANIELI機型與POMINI機型，在設(shè)計過程中主要注意的問題：1萬向接軸的選型；2軋輥裝配端部的結(jié)構(gòu)形式；3軋機鎖緊缸的型式；4軋機壓下形式；5導(dǎo)衛(wèi)型式。

1、萬向接軸的選型

萬向接軸有很多形式，在冶金行業(yè)軋機機列中大多選用鼓型齒式萬向接軸和十字軸萬向接軸兩種。鼓型齒式萬向接軸重量輕，對中性較好，十字頭萬向接軸重量偏重，傳遞扭矩大，適合較大軋機機列的使用。在軋機機列設(shè)計時在長度方向上應(yīng)長短適宜，過長則重量增加對接軸軸承磨損較大，過短則造成萬向軸中心線偏角大，縮短萬向軸的使用壽命。設(shè)計時必須提出動平衡要求，級別為6.3級，否則現(xiàn)場使用時接軸托架會出現(xiàn)周期擺動現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致托架銷軸疲勞斷裂。……
