真正重要的是越來(lái)越快的技術(shù)突破

2015年，法國(guó)機(jī)械制造商曾恢復(fù)到最好的水平，年銷售額超過(guò)十億美元。 然而，2016年的形勢(shì)卻極不明朗，尤其是在我們最重要的市場(chǎng) - 中國(guó)；預(yù)計(jì)銷售額將比前幾年低15%～20%。印度市場(chǎng)存在可期的發(fā)展?jié)撃埽顿Y決策比我們想象的要慢。在其他亞洲市場(chǎng)如泰國(guó)、越南、韓國(guó)都比較活躍，且投資意愿積極。在伊朗，紡織工業(yè)的發(fā)展尚處于起步階段，設(shè)備已經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)。美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)明顯，另外有些市場(chǎng)像西歐、東歐和中亞也做得不錯(cuò)，但沒(méi)有大到足以彌補(bǔ)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩所帶來(lái)的損失。

真正比市場(chǎng)跌宕起伏更重要的是越來(lái)越快的技術(shù)突破。為應(yīng)對(duì)這一挑戰(zhàn)，我們已萬(wàn)事俱備，研發(fā)就在我們的基因里，因?yàn)槲覀兪亲钪臋C(jī)械發(fā)明家Jacquard的后人。今天，我們的中小企業(yè)用其在研發(fā)方面的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入來(lái)應(yīng)答我們的客戶需求。未來(lái)，我們的另一個(gè)積極的主要方面是在發(fā)展銷售和服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面的投資。此外，我們對(duì)長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略抱有相當(dāng)積極的態(tài)度。

中國(guó)國(guó)際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì) （ITMA ASIA + CITME）顯然是主要的紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)之一。我們的協(xié)會(huì)，法國(guó)紡織機(jī)械制造商協(xié)會(huì)（UCMTF），是歐洲紡織機(jī)械制造商委員會(huì)（CEMATEX）的成員，當(dāng)然，我們也是ITMA和ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)的組織方的一部分。我們認(rèn)為，在全球范圍內(nèi)有太多的機(jī)械展覽會(huì)，如果我們要支持一些其他的展會(huì)，那么ITMA的展會(huì)是必不可少的。

經(jīng)過(guò)多年的兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)后，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)目前的增長(zhǎng)速度僅為7%左右。大多數(shù)國(guó)家會(huì)很樂(lè)意看到這樣的數(shù)字。事實(shí)上，對(duì)于中國(guó)紡織行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，最重要的事件似乎是工資的加速增長(zhǎng)。鑒于此，或者說(shuō)多虧如此，相較于其他亞洲紡織行業(yè)，中國(guó)的紡織工業(yè)正在喪失其原有的成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為了尋找新的市場(chǎng)，中國(guó)紡織行業(yè)開(kāi)始了產(chǎn)品的升級(jí)換代，既包括出口市場(chǎng)，也涵蓋國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)，不過(guò)，內(nèi)銷市場(chǎng)還并未被充分利用。我們到中國(guó)各地旅游時(shí)，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的男性和女性都在尋找時(shí)尚產(chǎn)品，并且有能力來(lái)購(gòu)買這樣的產(chǎn)品。家紡行業(yè)也是如此。至于產(chǎn)業(yè)用紡織品，它們往往體積龐大，不易被運(yùn)往世界各地。所以，產(chǎn)業(yè)用紡織品需求在接下來(lái)的很多年內(nèi)都將保持很快的增長(zhǎng)速度。其他亞洲國(guó)家可以利用這個(gè)趨勢(shì)，在低端產(chǎn)品方面將會(huì)有比較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。對(duì)于我們的機(jī)械制造商來(lái)說(shuō)，在亞洲國(guó)家的這些轉(zhuǎn)移變化是一個(gè)真正的機(jī)會(huì)。我們研發(fā)的不是面向大眾市場(chǎng)的機(jī)械，以棉紡為例，我們?cè)谧龅氖窃O(shè)計(jì)和制造所有生產(chǎn)流程所需要的專業(yè)的機(jī)器并提供服務(wù)。

通過(guò)參與2016中國(guó)國(guó)際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)，我們期待從亞洲各地來(lái)的觀眾，向他們展示我們的最新技術(shù)、聽(tīng)取他們的意見(jiàn)、更好地了解他們的需求期望。我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)真誠(chéng)地歡迎他們的到來(lái)。

In 2015， The French machinery manufacturers were back to the best levels ever，more than 1 billion US Dollars in annual sales. 2016 is more uncertain， particularly as in our most important market， your own country China； our sales will be about 15 to 20% lower than the previous years. Growth can be expected on the Indian market but investments decisions are slower than we imagined. Other Asian markets are active and the investment mood is positive in many markets like Indonesia， Thailand，Vietnam or South Korea. In Iran， the textile industry is in the starting blocks as the machinery is outdated. The US economy is clearly growing and markets like Western Europe， Eastern Europe or Central Asia are doing quite well but are not big enough to compensate the slowdown in China.

What is really more important than the markets ups and downs， are the technical breakthroughs that are occurring quicker and quicker. We are well prepared to face this challenge as R&D is in our DNA， remember that we are the successors of the most well known machinery inventor， Jacquard. Today， we are SME’s investing in R&D to answer our customers’ needs. Another positive main factor for our future is the investments we have made to develop our sales and services networks. Then， we are quite positive on our long term strategies.

ITMA ASIA+CITME is clearly among the major textile machinery shows. Our association， UCMTF， is member of CEMATEX， and then we are part of the organization of the ITMA and ITMA Asia. We believe that are too many machinery shows worldwide and， if we support some other ones， the ITMA’s are essential for us.

In Shanghai， each of the French exhibitors will show new technologies， they will welcome all visitors whether long time customers or new ones， let list them：

After many years of double digit growth， the Chinese economy is ? only ? growing around 7%. Most countries would be very happy with such figures. In fact，for the Chinese textile industry， the most important event seems to be the accelerating growth of the wages. Due to that， or thanks to that， the Chinese textile industry is becoming much less cost competitive compared to other Asian textile industries. To find new markets， the Chinese textile industry therefore has to upgrade its production both for the export markets and for the national market which is not yet really exploited. When we travel around China，we can see that the Chinese men and women are looking for fashion items and have the income to pay for such products. It is true also for home textile. As for technical textiles， they are often bulky and cannot be shipped around the world. Then， the demand for these technical textiles will grow at a fast rate for many years to come. Other Asian countries can capitalize on this trend and become very competitive for lower end products. For us， machinery manufacturers， these shifts among Asian countries are a real opportunity. We are not on mass market machinery， for cotton spinning for example but we are designing， manufacturing and servicing specialty machines which are needed for all production processes.

May I conclude about our expectations for ITMA ASIA+ CITME 2016. We are expecting many visitors from all over Asia to show them our latest technologies，to listen to them， understand better their needs. Our very dedicated teams will welcome them.
