盡管多年來,織機(jī)設(shè)備的技術(shù)發(fā)展并沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)太大突破,新型機(jī)織的主要發(fā)展趨勢仍集中體現(xiàn)在節(jié)能降耗、設(shè)備技改、提高品質(zhì)和差異化創(chuàng)新等方面。進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新機(jī)織織造工藝關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和設(shè)備,加快產(chǎn)品連續(xù)化、自動化、高效化、模塊化和精品化研究,研究改進(jìn)織機(jī)數(shù)控系統(tǒng),進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能環(huán)保,已經(jīng)成為許多織機(jī)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)今后努力的重點(diǎn)。

For many years, the loom equipment has not achieved great breakthroughs in technological development, however, the new type looms mainly develop towards energy saving & cost reducing, equipment innovation, quality improvement and difference innovation. A number of loom equipment manufacturing enterprises have been making great efforts for further innovation of weaving equipment technology and accelerated R&D of continuous process, automation, high efficiency, modularity and high quality, to study and improve its numerical control system, and further realize the energy saving and environmental protection.
With the continuous development of technology, looms have been enjoying gradually improved stability, applicability and operation reliability, in addition to the continuous improvement of speed. At the same time, looms also witnessed modular and universal design, to maintain the interchangeability with original product structure or devices so as to meet the users’ requirements for different woven fabrics, reduce the user input costs, and enrich product diversity.
