目前,化纖自動化設備受到了大家的關注,研究用機器人等智能裝備代替人工完成卷裝外觀檢驗、搬運和包裝入出庫等工作,提高卷裝質量和工作效率,實現化纖長絲生產線數字化全自動化;開發包括聚合、紡絲、后加工、成品檢驗包裝的全流程智能化生產線裝備和相關技術,使化纖機械全流程向數字化、智能化方向發展正在成為新的主流。
