連續式退煮漂設備、絲光機和連續軋染設備配備數控裝置，精確控制織物張力，可實現對水電汽消耗的精確監控。傳統的圓網和平網印花機仍將是印花主流設備，可以實現全數字化操作，對圖案進行實時監控，保證對花精度穩定；拉幅定形機配備數字化能耗監控系統，減少了廢氣排放等方面的熱損失；定形機配備廢氣余熱回收和凈化處理設備，可最大程度利用廢熱，降低生產能耗；間歇式印染設備將繼續發展低浴比技術，研究染色后水洗過程的低耗水技術。
