連續(xù)式印染機(jī)械未來將繼續(xù)走高效、節(jié)能、節(jié)水之路，其保溫效果更好，制造質(zhì)量更加優(yōu)良；水洗單元機(jī)加裝噴淋、振蕩、超聲波等部件，可進(jìn)一步提高水洗效率；蒸箱改進(jìn)封口、加強(qiáng)保溫可以減少熱損失；軋車將更加注重橡膠的質(zhì)量，降低軋余率；烘干機(jī)重在提高效率。

連續(xù)式退煮漂設(shè)備、絲光機(jī)和連續(xù)軋染設(shè)備配備數(shù)控裝置，精確控制織物張力，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)水電汽消耗的精確監(jiān)控。傳統(tǒng)的圓網(wǎng)和平網(wǎng)印花機(jī)仍將是印花主流設(shè)備，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)全數(shù)字化操作，對(duì)圖案進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，保證對(duì)花精度穩(wěn)定；拉幅定形機(jī)配備數(shù)字化能耗監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，減少了廢氣排放等方面的熱損失；定形機(jī)配備廢氣余熱回收和凈化處理設(shè)備，可最大程度利用廢熱，降低生產(chǎn)能耗；間歇式印染設(shè)備將繼續(xù)發(fā)展低浴比技術(shù)，研究染色后水洗過程的低耗水技術(shù)。

Continuous desizing， scouring and bleaching equipment， mercerizing machines and continuous pad-dyeing equipment are equipped with numerical control devices for precise control of fabric tension to achieve accurate control of the consumption of water， electricity and steam. The traditional rotary and flat screen printing machine will remain the mainstream in printing， which can achieve all-digital operation and real-time monitoring of the patterns to ensure stable register precision. Tenters are equipped with digital energy consumption monitoring system to reduce exhaust emissions. The setting machine is equipped with the recovery and purification equipment of the waste and heat for the maximum use of waste heat， reducing production energy consumption. Intermittent dyeing and printing equipment will continue to develop low bath ratio technology to study the low water consumption technology in washing process after dyeing.
