On March 27th， 1986， Toronto has became Chongqing's sister city. It has been 30 years for the great relationship between Toronto and Chongqing. On April 11th， 2016， Toronto mayor John Tory and his group visited Chongqing to attend the event of 30th anniversary for two sister cities' relationship. The friendly communication has successfully enhanced the development in commercials， education， technology， environmental protection， transportation， etc.

Toronto is an international energeticbusy modern city located on west coast of Lake Ontario in eastern Canada. Toronto is a multicultural city， which has 49% citizens from 100 different nations. There is 140 languages gathered in Toronto. Thanks to the low criminal rate and pleasing environment， Toronto ranked as one of the most livable city in the world， and it has been taken up the top ten for years. On the other hand， Toronto is the fi nancial center of Canada， also the one of largest fi nancial center in the world.

Though Toronto is scarcely populated with vast territory， its scenic spots are all around the downtown area， it is convenient for sight viewing. Tourists could take the street car to downtown and visit landmark building CN Tower to see the whole city and Lake Ontario's view on the 553-meter platform. Taking the boat to the center island， tourists could see the city's skyline and experience the special multi-culture. Furthermore， the world renowned Niagara Fall and the ice wine valley are within a short range of driving.
