Ronghui Hot Spring City

Seeming like a resplendent pearl decorating the city heart， Ronghui Hot Spring City has introduced the natural hot springs into the city. Longshui Lake Hot Spring World

As one of “New Chongqing·Twelve sites in Bayu”， Longhu Lake International Tourism Resort has fully relied on 6000 acres（a unit of area， ≈0.0667 hectares ） of national water recreation area in Longshui Lake， and a Longshui hot spring world with the floor area being 180 acres and the covered area being 31088 square meters. The projects consist of three parts， hot spring center， hot spring bathing pools and theme water parks with large scale. Based on the excellent natural mountains and water environment， guided by the Dazu Buddhism culture， and focusing on the health care and resort， Longshui Hot Spring World has been forging into the first holy health care land with special cultural ethos.

As the only one lakeside hot spring in the west area in China， the water of Longshui Lake hot spring is from the underground rock stratum formed in Triassic period with depth of 1608meters. The daily effluent water volume is 6000 cubic meter with the temperature being 62°C and PH value being 7.5. The spring enjoys the quality of weal base and belongs to sulphur spring accordingly. Meanwhile 30-odd sorts of mineral substances beneficial for the health of human body and microelement are found. Sixty pools are as following： 15 pools with traditional Chinese medicine for health care， 16 pools for water funs， 16 pools titled as love and 13 buddhist mood pools.

Chongqing Bolian Hot Spring

Chongqing Bolian Hot Spring， located in the North Hot Spring， enjoys a history of 1600 years. Near to Jialing River， Bolian hot spring is built in the spring of Jiangjing forest. The North Hot Spring is one of the headstreams of Chinese hot spring culture， and has carried 1000-odd years of hot spring culture and celebrity culture. In the history， countless celebrities and literary men were lingering on here， and left heavy poetic flavor and stories through the ages which are stilled sung till now.

There are ten springs in the North Hot Spring， the head of Chongqing hot spring. The water of North Hot Spring is colorless and the spring belongs to neutral warm ones with calcium sulfate， magnesium and the quality of hypotension. The North Hot Spring is famous for its excellent medical effect. In Ming Dynasty， there was a record “The hot spring is able to wipe away illness.”

After a generation of classics coming again and again， the North Hot Spring enjoying a long history of civilization has turned into Bolian Hot Spring with elegance and fl exibleness. As the strokes of geniuses of nature， the rushing Jialing River， the magnifi cent Lesser Three Gorges and the lingering North Hot Spring are encountered with Bolian Hot Spring， a kind of harmony and integration formed by the hot springs， mountains， gorges， forests and the fl exible buildings of Bolian emerges.

According to Ying and Yang， the two opposing principles in nature， and five elements theory， the natural hot springs surrounded by mountains and streams and birds' singing and fl owery fl avor， are arranged， built， introduced with spring water and maintained. Also 26 outdoors forest hot spring pools with distinctive qualities are formed. Here， the hot springs， geography， and legendsare combined， and a leisure style with a health care theme is displayed lively. Bathing in hot spring pools is developed into an exploiting process done to the North Hot Spring. And during this process， the hot spring culture with a history of 1000 years has been completely perfected.

Bolian hot spring has absorbed the anima of tall mountains and long rivers and is cultivated by the crater minerals. Thanks to gathering the natural essence of flowers and plants， Bolia has delivered an impression of dark green， intangibleness and quietness. The morning bell and evening drum from the ancient monastery of thousand years at the other side of the wall and the engraved stone buddhist walls have enhanced each other's beauty， which has displayed the health care culture and buddhism and Zen in the Orient.
