小城鎮，大夢想

SMALL TOWNS, AMBITIOUS DREAMS

“山色湖光步步隨，古今難畫亦難詩?！惫糯娙巳绱嗣枋鲂℃偯谰啊Ｒ嗲逍乱喙艠悖喑吻逡嗪裰兀苍S在很多人的印象中，小鎮是閑適安逸得猶如小家碧玉。而面對想逃離城市而來的人們，許多溫潤的小鎮總會以各種方式來激活緘默的性情、沉淀的文化和深藏的本真，來表達自己存在的意義和價值，用自己大氣十足的胸懷向外部開放著。

如今，這些小鎮的存在本身，已經成為一道風景線。近期，國務院的一紙公文將中國100個小鎮推到大眾面前，“特色小鎮”即刻被引爆為網絡“熱詞”。山東7個小鎮赫然在列，這些人們十分陌生的小鎮似乎昭告天下般成為坊間話題。

而說到“特色小鎮”，人們第一個聯想到的就是瑞士達沃斯小鎮，當然，中國烏鎮毋庸置疑也算一個了。那山東的這些小鎮究竟“特”在哪兒？以至于有人說，他們是破解城鄉二元結構問題的“鑰匙”，將引領新型城鎮化的“特色擔當”。

在蓬萊仙境的海岸線上，劉家溝鎮以一顆顆晶瑩剔透的葡萄托起了“葡萄酒小鎮”巨大的產業價值，中糧長城、菲律賓康達及波爾多酒業等16家中外葡萄酒企業在此落地生根；將幾千年的陶瓷文化匯聚一地，唯有昆侖鎮，50多項獲獎成果、130余家陶瓷企業、6000余名陶瓷愛好者，將“陶瓷風情小鎮”裝點一新；從上世紀80年代開始，楊安鎮就是江北最大的調味品集散地，形成近萬人的調料購銷大軍，成長起近百家調味品深加工企業，一度被譽為“楊安鎮現象”……

這些小鎮用小軀體托起的大產業令人震撼。在山東，每一個小城鎮的成長都見證了一個個鄉鎮特色產業集群的發展史。如今更添五年內中國1000個、山東100個特色小鎮的建設規劃，我們可以期待，一個更為龐大的“小宇宙”即將爆發。

特色小鎮并不小，小鎮裝著大夢想。未來，這片土地還隱藏著更多別具一格的特色小鎮，它們或已經建成，或還在不斷完善自己，但是都充滿獨一無二的魅力，讓你有種只要來過就不愿離開的沖動……山東的小城鎮就是一本讀不完的書，打開它，唯有清風朗月。

In the face of those who want to escape from the city, many gentle towns will always activate the quiet temperament, inclusive culture and the deep truth in a variety of ways, to express their own meaning and value.

Recently, a paper of the State Council has put 100 small towns to the front of the public, and “characteristic town” was immediately detonated as a hot phrase on the Internet. Shandong’s seven towns are impressively in the column. Speaking of “characteristic town”, people first think of the Swiss town of Davos, of course; Wuzhen in China is no doubt also considered as one. So for these small towns in Shandong, what are their characteristics? So that some people say that they are the “characteristic players” leading the new urbanization.

In Shandong, the growth of every small town witnessed the history of the development of every township characteristic industrial cluster. Today there is an increase in construction planning that we will cultivate 1,000 characteristic towns in China including 100 characteristic towns in Shandong during five years, so we can expect that a larger “small universe” is about to erupt.
