馬來西亞吉隆坡會議中心任命新行政主廚

1月16日，馬來西亞吉隆坡會議中心宣布，Hisham Bin Jaafar將從行政副廚師長被提升至行政主廚一職，領導由50名廚師和130名工作人員的餐飲團隊。Hisham主廚在五星級酒店和會議中心宴會領域擁有26年的資深經驗。過去10年間，他擔任會議中心行政副廚師長一職。

吉隆坡會議中心作為當地知名的國際場館，坐落于吉隆坡中心地帶，多次獲得業內頂級認證。會議中心可用面積為20，059平米，包括3，500平米的大禮堂，9，710平米的展廳，可容納2，000人的宴會廳和數個會議室。

Chef Hisham Appointed Executive Chef of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

On 16 January 2017， the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre promoted Chef Hisham Bin Jaafar to Executive Chef from his previous role as the Centre’s Executive Sous Chef. Chef Hisham has over 26 years of banqueting experience in 5-star hotels and convention centres， 10 years of which have been as the Centre’s Executive Sous Chef.

阿斯塔納世博會中國館啟動全面建設

1月5日，中國貿促會副會長王錦珍宣布，2017年阿斯塔納世博會中國館啟動全面施工。

中國館展示設計方案緊扣“未來能源，綠色絲路”主題，以“過去、現在、未來”為展示主線，全面展示中國在傳統能源轉型、新能源開發、綠色環保和可持續發展等方面的新理念新成果，展現中國與世界各國、“一帶一路”沿線國家及哈薩克斯坦在能源及經貿領域的務實合作。世博會期間，中國館還將舉辦開館儀式、中國國家館日、中哈能源合作論壇、中哈旅游合作論壇以及文藝演出、非遺展示、文物展覽等人文交流活動，促進中哈全方位交流合作。

本屆世博會將于2017年6月10日至9月10日在哈薩克斯坦首都阿斯塔納舉辦，主題為“未來的能源”。截至目前，已有112個國家和18個國際組織確認參展。

意大利首個合資展覽公司2016年業績喜人

截至2016年年底，意大利展覽集團有限公司（IEG）全年業績總量為1.23億歐元，超過預估的1.187億歐元，營業凈利潤為660萬歐元。IGE是意大利里米尼展覽公司和維琴察展覽公司于2016年11月1日合資成立的上市公司，也是意大利首個由展覽公司成立的合資企業。2016年全年，IEG在里米尼和維琴察的場館內共舉辦59場展覽活動和216場會議以及其他活動，共接待14，593名參展商和250萬名觀眾。

Italian Exhibition Group ends year on a high

Italian Exhibition Group SpA （IEG） ended 2016 with a proforma preliminary turnover of 123 million euros （118.7 million was forecast）， EBITDA of 22.9 million （4% more than forecast） and a consolidated net profit of approximately 6.6 million. IGE is the joint-stock company officially founded on November 1， 2016 with a merger between Rimini Fiera SpA and Fiera di Vicenza SpA and is the first example in Italy of a merger between expo companies. Overall in 2016， IEG hosted a total of 59 exhibitions and 216 conferences and events， with 14，593 exhibitors and almost 2.5 million visitors. （www.en.iegexpo.it）

China Pavilion of 2017 World Expo starts construction in January

CCPIT announced on 5th January that the China Pavilion at 2017 World Expo starts immediately. At the Expo taking place in Astana， Kazakhstan， the Chinese Pavilion will be themed with “energy in the future， green Silk Road” and presents the innovative achievements in traditional energy transition， green energy development， environmental protection and sustainable development， and the cooperation of China in this field between China and other countries.

World Expo 2017 will be held from 10 June to 10 September in Astana， the capital of Kazakhstan， with the theme Future Energy. So far， there are 112 countries and 10 international organizations registered for participation.

CES 2017三成參展企業來自中國

1月5日，全球消費電子領域最大的展會CES在美國拉斯維加斯開幕，中國創新力量十分搶眼。展會組委會表示，今年的展會總面積達到24萬平米，共有4，119家參展商，其中有1，300多家來自中國，接近三分之一，為歷年來規模之最。海爾、TCL、華為、海信、創維、中興、康佳、長虹、樂視等中國企業占據了場館的重要位置。

組委會相關負責人也表示，此次諸多中國消費電子廠商參加CES，就是要借CES這一享譽國際的全球展會，將更多的“中國創造”推向世界，讓世界認識“中國創造”，認可“中國創造”。

CES 2017 showcased Chinese innovation

On 5-8， January， The International Consumer Electronics Show （CES 2017） celebrated the 50th anniversary with a recording-breaking exhibit floor spanning more than 240，000 square meters in Las Vegas， USA. Owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association （CTA）， the 2017 show received more than 4，000 companies， among which 1，300 were Chinese companies. The Chinese pavilion included top consumer technology providers and was acclaimed as a showcase of Chinese innovation to the world market.

From the latest in virtual reality， smart home， selfdriving vehicles， robotics， wearables， health and fitness tech and more， CES 2017 was unveiling the future of the connected experience and what it means for consumers around the world.

印度超大型展覽：智能生活更美好

一場由五個展覽會聯合而成的超級大展One Mega Event將于5月10-12日在新德里舉行。該大展由首屆印度建筑博覽會、第二屆印度太陽能博覽會、第二屆印度交通博覽會、第三屆印度智能城市博覽會和第四屆印度水博會組成。三天的展會預計將吸引500多名參展商，展會面積超過2萬平米。展會同期舉辦50多場會議論壇，演講嘉賓超過300名，預計將吸引2萬名專業觀眾到場參觀。

Carine Sire出任UFI歐洲分部經理

1月24日，國際展覽業協會（UFI）宣布，任命Carine Sire為新設立的UFI歐洲分部經理。她將在UFI巴黎總部工作。UFI表示，設立這一職位是為了強化300多名UFI歐洲會員跟UFI之間的聯系，提升會員的相關意識，并鼓勵更多的會展行業人士參與UFI事務。

Carine Sire在UFI工作已有十二年之久。除了作為UFI與歐洲會員之間的紐帶，Carine Sire還將負責每年一度的UFI歐洲研討會，并協助UFI歐洲分會的領導層管理UFI歐洲分會的各項事務。

UFI appointed Regional Manager Europe

In January， UFI， the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry， appointed Carine Sire to the newly installed role of Regional Manager Europe， based in Paris. She has been with UFI for 12 years and will work on raising awareness of Europe-based members and partner associations， as well as encouraging more events professionals to get involved in UFI.

第十三屆迪拜國際印刷及包裝展輻射亞非歐市場

GULF PRINT PACK 2017 to be held in Dubai

The 13rd GULF PRINT PACK 2017 will be held in Dubai World Trade Center on 26-29 March， 2017. The biennial event is organized by TARSUS， F E Fair and Exhibition Limited， and COPE. The last exhibition attracted 352 exhibitors from 110 countries and regions， reaching an exhibition space of 13，032 square meters. A total of 11，918 trade visitors came from Africa， India， Middle East， Asia and Europe.

漢諾威展覽公司將于今年9月10-13日在美國拉斯維加斯金沙會展中心舉辦北美氫燃料電池展覽會暨國際太陽能展會（ISP），這是漢諾威展覽首次在美國舉辦能源類展會。

Energy for Las Vegas

In the glittering desert city of Las Vegas， Deutsche Messe， Hanover， is staging its first energy event in the USA： The premiere of Hydrogen + Fuel Cells North America will be held from September 10 to 13， 2017 in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center alongside Solar Power International （SPI）. SPI is the largest solar fair in North America with 650 exhibitors and 18，000 visitors. Held concurrently within SPI， Energy Storage International is North America’s largest energy storage event. It covers not just strictly solar topics but also energy storage and microgrids. The event is organised by Hannover Fairs USA in cooperation with Tobias Renz Fair， Berlin.
