摘 要:為了探究紅層軟巖顆粒填料的濕化變形規律,依據單線法及雙線法測定不同濕化應力下填料濕化變形。結果表明:單線法與雙線法所測填料濕化應變都隨濕化應力的增大先減小后增加;當濕化應力較小時,單線法所測濕化變形大于雙線法;當濕化應力較大時,單線法與雙線法所測濕化應變曲線存在交叉現象。建議淺層采用單線法,深層采取單線法與雙線法較大值的方式計算紅層軟巖填料濕化變形。

Abstract: In order to investigate the law of wetting deformation of granular filler in red bed soft rock, the wetting deformation of filler under different wetting stress was determined by single-line method and double-line method. The results show that the wetting strain of the filler measured by the single-line method and the double-line method decreases first and then increases with the increase of the wetting stress; when the wetting stress is small, the wetting deformation measured by the single-line method is greater than that by the double-line method; when the wetting stress is large, the wetting strain curves measured by the single-line method and the double-line method are crossed. It is suggested that for shallow layer, single-line method is a better choice for the calculation of wetting deformation; for deep layer, the one with bigger value is more applicable.

0 引 言
在中國西南、中南等山區興修公路、鐵路等基礎設施時,沿線削挖坡體會產生大量紅層軟巖;鑒于工程投資、工期及材料運輸方面的限制,迫使人們考慮使用沿線紅層軟巖粗集料作為填方區域回填材料。當前,諸多學者[1-6]對紅層軟巖填料壓實、顆粒破碎、崩解及剪切特性、化學組成及水理性質等基本物理化學性質進行研究,如毛雪松等[7]研究了浸水量、浸水時間對風化千枚巖填料路基濕化變形、變形率及回彈模量的影響,認為軟巖填料遇水后強度降低,路基存在不均勻沉降變形;杜秦文等[8]采用雙線法探究變質軟巖路堤填料濕化變形規律,指出濕化應變大小與豎向偏應力與圍壓的比值及填料密度相關;左元明等[9]認為雙線法與單線法所測定粗集料濕化變形存在差異,但未指出差異大??;沈廣軍等[10]采用單線法、雙線法及修正雙線法探究了硬質砂巖堆石料濕化變形,但軟巖填料存在浸水后黏聚力增大、滲透系數減小的特性,尚不可知此方法是否適用于對軟巖填料濕化變形的研究。……
