[Abstract]The paper analyzes the project design of the Yubaotai rubber dam in Liaohe River,the result shows that the dam bag need the frequent collapse because the self-regulation capacity of rubber dam is limited,which not only effect the service life of the rubber dam,but also lack of stability for the water surface elevation of the water storage.Through the research and analysis of the engineering example,the arrangement form of increasing the control gate is more reasonable,not only increases the service life of the rubber dam,but also ensures the elevation of the waterscape,which could provide the basis for the project design of the ecological landscape water storage rubber dam in the seasonal river of the North.

[Abstract]The single excavation length of TBM2 bid section exceeds 8km for the Dahuofangwater conveyance project in Liaoning Province,the control of holing-through precision is one of the difficulties in engineering construction.The paper studies in detail the implementation scheme of the holing-through error and the control measurement.The high precision holing-through of the tunnel in this bid section is realized by the effective implementation of the control measurement measures and schemes.The high-precision holing-through of water conveyance tunnel in TBM2bid section of Dahuofang water conveyance project could accumulate experience for the long and large tunnel control measurement for the future of China.

[Abstract]The key work of the success for river crossing project is the construction diversion and dewatering during construction period.The excavation scheme of excavators combine with dredges is adopted to ensure the efficiency and reduce the cost for the crossing the Liaohe river construction project.Through the theoretical calculations and the engineering experience,the way of the well-point dewatering is adopted to determine reasonably the parameters of the well-point dewatering,then the all construction in dry land is realized successfully in the 2.5 km river bed.Because of the scientific and reasonable construction scheme of the river diversion, dewatering and the excavation,the construction period is shortened by 4 months and the construction costs are saved up to3 million RMB.

[Abstract]The installation of the large space elbow of PCCP water conveyance pipeline is the difficulty of the pipeline installation,also is the focus of the installation.Through the series of optimization of the optimum lifting point layout in the hoisting of the space elbow,the internal force calculation of hoisting steel wire rope,the selection of hoisting steel wire rope,the force analysis of steel trusses and the fabrication and installation of the steel trusses, the traditional subsection installation is improved to the whole installation,which achieve the purpose of the ensuring the installation quality,improving the work efficiency and saving the project investment,which has the guiding function for the accessories design and installation construction of the similar project pipeline.

Influence analysis of connecting form of floor slab on structure performance of hydropower plant

[Abstract]Taking the surface plant of some a hydropower station as an example,the three-dimensional finite element model is built to research the simulation method of floor slab,and research the deformation and self-vibration characteristics of the structure for the different connecting form between the floor slab with the upper and lower walls.In addition,the structure response under the earthquake action is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the non-linear contact method could accurately simulate the lapped connecting form between the floor slot and the wall.The lapped connecting form of the floor slot is not conducive to control the deformation of the upper structure of the plant,is also not conducive to structural vibration.But the lapped connecting form are all adopted for the upper and lower floor slot,which could effectively reduce the peak stress of the connecting place between the floor slot and the wall under the earthquake action along the river direction,then the design of the structural strength is benefit.

Study on contrast test of anti-icing schemes in front of the dam of hydropower station in severe cold area

[Abstract]In order to prevent freeze to destroy the surface heat preservation layer of the reconstruction project of Fengman hydropower station,the three anti-icing technology schemes are developed according to the climatic characteristics of the severe cold area,which are water pump jetting method,high pressure gas inflation method and the ship walking disturbance method.Through the anti-icing system design and the field comparison test research,the timeliness and economy of the three schemes are analyzed.The test results show that the anti-icing system with the water pump jetting method could achieve the anti-icing purpose for the linear strip in front of the dam with open lake,which has the good reference function for the similar projects in cold regions.

Stability test study on permeable tetrahedron river closure material

[Abstract]The artificial prefabrication casting material with the solid tetrahedral structure are widely used in the river closure works to replace the massive natural stone,and with the permeable tetrahedron structure are widely used in the river embankment to prevent scour and promote silting-up,which has the good effect.Through the physical model test and based on the structure characteristics of the permeable tetrahedron and the theory of river closure engineering,the paper researches the stability of the material in water,compares with solid tetrahedral structure and discusses the application possibility of the permeable tetrahedron in river closure works.The results show that the surface holes area ratio of the permeable tetrahedron has the great influence on the stability after entering the water,the best stability is obtained when the holes area ratio is 32.15%,meanwhile,the stop velocity is basically equivalent to the solid tetrahedron,the flow characteristics of the permeable tetrahedron is better than the solid tetrahedron,which could reduce effectively the adverse effects caused by the whirlpool.Appropriately increasing the permeability of the artificial prefabrication river closure material could improve the stability,that is to say,the new approach could be used for reference.

Study on insulation measure in winter running for the water conveyance pipeline

[Abstract]For the operation concrete structure in winter,the surface temperature of the concrete is affected by the air temperature and the solar radiation heat,then the large temperature difference is produced between the inner and outer wall of the water conveyance pipeline to affect the safety reliability of the structure.According to the solid heat conduction theory and the boundary condition,the ANSYSY finite element software is used to simulate the condition of the water conveyance pipeline with the insulation and non-insulation measures under the condition of water conveyance in winter.The numerical simulation results show that the temperature drops rapidly in winter would cause the occurrence of temperature cracks on the surface of pipeline,if the insulation measures are adopted,the temperature crack could control effectively.
