Baoshan-a Holy Land for investment

Baoshan has been wakened in the horn to build a one hundredbillion park after a dead sleep， and there was a busy exhilarating scene in the eastern park of Baoshan.

Baoshan government has independent pricing right in local power network， with the price of 0.37 yuan per kilowatt-hour. Baoshan Industrial Park will be a hot region for the investment of textile enterprises， by virtue of special preferential policies， the lowest price， customized standard factory up to zero rent， perfect employee resistance， as well as the upcoming logistics subsidies and so on. Another attraction is abundant labor resources in Baoshan city. Apart from the surplus labor of 800 thousand， there are more than 13.7 million labors in neighboring Burma， with labor cost only of 1，700 yuan per month. In addition， the Park plans to build a 2，400-acre logistics industrial park， covering storage， logistics and bonded services， which could meet the import and export logistics business， warehouse business and bonded services. From February 8th， 2012， as municipal government authorized all examination and approval authority to the Park， the Park implemented entity management， which simplified formality and procedures and provided services of “zero distance， barrier free， fast rhythm and high efficiency”.

The superposed advantages attract many investors， and it lies in the geographical advantage for the success of enterprises in Baoshan. Baoshan is located in the joint part among China， South Asia and Southeast Asia. There are five national-level border ports， including Pianma， Houqiao， Wanding， Ruili and Qingshui river， which are channels with the most preferable open condition， the shortest distance， as well as the largest radiation population to the southwest of China. Another major factor is industrial advantage. Infrastructure are completed with convenient transportation. Its open between Hangrui highway and the ring expressway under construction； Baoshan airport is located in the Park； the modern three-dimensional traffic network like Qingbao road， Yangguan road has taken shape. The utilities （water and power） supply is also perfect. Qingyang water factory plans to support water of 40 thousand cubic meter per day to meet water demand of the Park. The hydropower resource is abundant in Baoshan， and the water resources reserves are up to 10.2375 million kw， of which 8.216 million kw can be exploited and used. Meanwhile， the gas supply is comprehensive. Based on China and Myanmar oil and gas pipelines， Kunlun gas distribution station has been formally launched， mainly meeting enterprises and living requirements， with annual transmission capacity of 320 million cubic meters. The last one is culture & sport and commerce supporting facilities. Qingyang new city is building various functional facilities， such as education park， hospital， school， passenger station， business street and so on. The Park will be a new modern industrial district with industrial and commercial prosperity， perfect functions， green ecology as well as comfortable and livable conditions.

The blueprint of Baoshan condensed efforts of two leading groups. The total planning area of the park is 60 square kilometers. With the concept of city-industry integration， industry leading， powerise and innovation， and dislocation development， the Park vigorously develops the industries of textile， electronic information， modern logistics， equipment manufacturing， new materials， biological resources processing and so on. There are four“gardens within garden”， which are jointly build by different counties （cities， districts） and Baoshan Industrial and Trade Park. At present， Baoshan Park has been listed as national transfer pilot park of textile industry， Hightech Industrial Development Zone of Yunnan province， as well as the first entrepreneurship demonstration base for small business of Yunnan province. The superimposed policies and abundant labor resources provide perfect conditions for the transfer of enterprises. Zhao Deguang， municipal party secretary of Baoshan city， gives priority to the visit in textile enterprises.
