黑蜂蜂膠免疫活性和體內(nèi)抗腫瘤研究

摘要[目的]觀察東北黑蜂蜂膠醇提取物對(duì)昆明鼠免疫活性的影響和腫瘤抑制率。[方法]通過動(dòng)物體內(nèi)試驗(yàn)，制備H22模型小鼠，計(jì)算黑蜂蜂膠提取物腫瘤抑制率，測(cè)定單核-巨噬細(xì)胞碳廓清的吞噬指數(shù)。[結(jié)果]東北黑蜂蜂膠醇提取物各組的吞噬指數(shù)、瘤重與陰性對(duì)照組比較，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），說明東北黑蜂蜂膠醇提取物能夠提高H22小鼠的免疫活性，對(duì)腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)在一定程度上有很強(qiáng)的抑制作用，東北黑蜂蜂膠的乙醇提取物抗腫瘤作用顯著。[結(jié)論]該研究為蜂產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步走向醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域特別是治療癌癥提供理論支持。

Study on Immune Activity and Antitumor Activity of Apis mellifera Propolis

Abstract[Objective] The research aimed to observe the effect of alcohol extract of northeast Apis mellifera propolis on immune activity and tumor inhibition rate of Kunming mice.[Method] H22 model mice were prepared by in vivo animal test. The tumor inhibition rate of Apis mellifera propolis extract was calculated and the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophages was measured.[Result] The phagocytic index and tumor weight of the

Apis mellifera propolis extract were significantly higher than those of the negative control group （P<0.05），which indicated that the extract of northeastern Apis mellifera propolis could improve the immunological activity of H22 mice and had a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor. The ethanol extract of northeastern Apis mellifera propolis had significant antitumor effect.[Conclusion] The study provides theoretical support for the further development of bee products in the medical field， especially in the treatment of cancer.

東北黑蜂（Apis mellifera ssp.）是俄羅斯蜂和卡尼鄂拉蜂的中間過渡，并在一定意義上混有意大利蜂和高加索蜂這二者之血統(tǒng)，經(jīng)長(zhǎng)期自然選擇結(jié)合人工選擇而形成的一個(gè)新的品種，分布在我國(guó)黑龍江省，比其他普通蜜蜂個(gè)體大，全身呈現(xiàn)黑色，具有很強(qiáng)大的生命力，抗菌抗寒能力均優(yōu)于其他蜂[1-2]，并且其蜜源植物是大面積的原始林，這使得它能夠提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的蜂產(chǎn)品。

蜂膠（Propolis）是蜜蜂從適宜植物的芽孢、受損樹干上采集的半固體混合物類似松脂狀物質(zhì)，以及花粉等再加入自身上腭腺所分泌的物質(zhì)混合加工而成的一種帶有芳香味感的黏稠的膠狀固體，這一蜂產(chǎn)品是蜂群修理蜂房、防御疾病和侵害性微生物的一種蜂群特有的藥物，對(duì)蜂巢內(nèi)部起到了殺菌消炎作用的一種特性[3]，具有消炎、抗氧化、抗菌、提高免疫、抗腫瘤作用。筆者運(yùn)用東北黑蜂蜂膠的提取物進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究，分析黑蜂蜂膠的提取物對(duì)H22小鼠免疫活性的影響及其抗腫瘤作用。……
