摘要為研究ZJ19卷煙機(jī)平準(zhǔn)器與卷煙空頭率的關(guān)系,采用正交設(shè)計方法,對平準(zhǔn)器關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,測定了卷煙機(jī)空頭率和煙支煙絲密度。研究結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),平準(zhǔn)器深槽深度對卷煙機(jī)空頭率影響最大,煙支重量和淺槽深度影響相對較?。粺熤Ф祟^0~5 mm煙支煙絲密度與卷煙機(jī)空頭率之間相關(guān)性最高,可以用來評價煙支端部的緊實(shí)程度;建立了平準(zhǔn)器深槽深度和淺槽深度的平準(zhǔn)器特征參數(shù)k,該模型相關(guān)系數(shù)達(dá)0.943。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,平準(zhǔn)器特征參數(shù)k與煙端頭0~5 mm密度和卷煙機(jī)空頭率具有高度相關(guān)性。

Establishment of the Characteristic Parameter about Ecreteur Dise of ZJ19 Cigaretterolling Machine

AbstractTo research the relationship between looseend ratio of cigarettes and ecreteur dise type in ZJ19 cigarettes maker,orthogonal design was applied on research of ecreteur dise parameters. Cut tobacco density and looseend ratio of cigarettes were measured. The result showed: Within the scope of the set, deep groove depth has the greatest effect on looseend ratio of cigarettes, single cigarette weight and shallow groove depth is relatively small; The density of 0 to 5 mm end of cigarettes showed highest correlation with looseend ratio of cigarettes, so it can be used to evaluate the tight degree of cigarettes end; The characteristic parameter k was established about deep groove depth and shallow groove depth. The model correlation coefficient reached up to 0.943. Verification results showed that the characteristic parameter k had high correlation with the density of 0 to 5 mm end of cigarette and looseend ratio of cigarettes.

卷煙機(jī)平準(zhǔn)器是卷煙煙支重量控制的重要部件,它通過定量切削煙絲條實(shí)現(xiàn)控制煙支煙絲用量,并通過設(shè)置一定尺寸的凹槽在煙支端頭部位獲得較多煙絲形成煙支緊頭[1]。大量文獻(xiàn)對卷煙機(jī)平準(zhǔn)器的應(yīng)用及其影響進(jìn)行了深入研究[2-4],平準(zhǔn)器規(guī)格參數(shù)不僅對卷煙煙支物理指標(biāo)的影響影響顯著,同時對卷煙感官質(zhì)量和卷煙煙氣指標(biāo)影響極為顯著。戴永生等[5]對卷接過程設(shè)備參數(shù)對煙支物理指標(biāo)的影響進(jìn)行了分析,通過對多種規(guī)格平準(zhǔn)器的對比發(fā)現(xiàn)六槽平準(zhǔn)器對于改善煙支煙絲密度均勻性,降低煙支重量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差有著較好的效果。……
