It’s Beautiful.

Vienna is beautiful! While wandering around the city, it is impossible to not admire the architecture there! Not only the surroundings, but also the people are beautiful—inside and out! We met so many helpful and interesting people, from the local grocers to the zookeepers, everyone was very nice! What’s more, the traditional Austrian1)outfits are really something to see and they are worn proudly for festive occasions. We were in awe of how wonderful everyone looked in their lederhosen and dirndls!

It’s Family-Friendly.

Vienna is extremely4)family-friendly. Six of us traveled to Vienna, my mother and father, my wife and our two young sons, and we all had a great time. For one thing, the city is very walkable. Our sons did not complain about any of the distances we walked. Secondly, everyone in Vienna speaks English. In all of the restaurants, shops, playgrounds and museums we visited, people spoke English. We encourage our children to learn other languages. However, my little guys did not remember much more than “guten tag”and “danke,” so it was nice that they could still talk with everyone. Vienna also has some fantastic playgrounds! Not only are the playgrounds designed to entertain and educate children, but they are also located around tourist attractions. So while my parents visited the museum, I was able to run around the park with my little guys, collecting5)chestnuts, playing games, and enjoying the beautiful day until it was time to get back!

Sch?nbrunn was the former6)imperial summer7)residence and it was easily our favorite part of the trip. The children’s museum there is extremely8)interactive. Kids can dress up in period costume and play with toys inspired by life at the palace. And we also went to the Sch?nbrunn Zoo! It’s the oldest zoo in the world and it’s9)magnificent! It was truly an incredible day. We were all looking forward to going back!

The10)ultimate sign that Vienna is a great city—none of us wanted to leave!

人文之美

維也納之美在于人文！在這座城市里徜徉漫步，你會不由自主地欣賞起周圍的建筑。除了四周的環(huán)境，這里的人也很美——由內(nèi)而外的美！一路上我們接觸到許多樂于助人、風(fēng)趣幽默的人士，從當(dāng)?shù)仉s貨店的售貨員到動物園的管理員，每個人都十分友好！另外，奧地利的傳統(tǒng)服飾同樣非常好看，人們會在節(jié)日活動時自豪地穿上它們。當(dāng)?shù)厝舜┲鴤鹘y(tǒng)皮短褲和緊身連衣裙，看起來真是棒極了，令我們贊嘆不已！

味道之美

維也納之美在于味道！各色餐館遍布全城，我們甚至找不出一家不喜愛的餐館！這些餐館里的蛋糕實在是太美味，我個人最喜歡的奧地利點心便是蘋果奶酪卷了。我們一家人還愛吃維也納經(jīng)典的炸小牛排。薩赫咖啡屋和森塔爾咖啡屋是我們覺得最棒的兩個餐廳，那兒氣氛溫馨，在里頭吃頓飯或者來點小吃都是極佳的！

家庭旅游勝地

維也納非常適合一家老小結(jié)伴出行，我們一家六口——我的父母、妻子、兩個年幼的兒子和我——這一趟來維也納旅游，每個人都特別愉快。首先，維也納的街道十分適合步行。旅行途中，我們經(jīng)常要走上一段路，但兒子們都沒有抱怨。其次，維也納人都會說英語。在我們?nèi)サ乃胁蛷d、商店、游樂場和博物館，人們都能用英語交流。我們鼓勵兩個兒子學(xué)習(xí)一下別國語言，然而，除了“你好”和“謝謝”這兩個詞，小家伙們基本沒記住別的詞匯了，所以他們依舊可以通過英語與別人交談也挺不錯的。此外，維也納的游樂場也是極棒的！這些游樂場的設(shè)計不僅寓教于樂，而且就設(shè)在了旅游景點附近。所以在父母去參觀博物館的時候，我就帶著兩個兒子在公園里跑跑跳跳，采栗子，做游戲，享受這美好的時光，直到是時候動身返程了才肯停下來！

美泉宮早前是皇家的夏季避暑府邸，在這趟維也納之旅中，它理所當(dāng)然地成為了我們最喜歡的地方。這里的兒童博物館有著很強的互動性。孩子們可以穿上某一時期的服裝，玩著宮廷生活主題的玩具。我們還去了美泉宮動物園呢！這是世上最古老的動物園，十分宏偉壯觀！那天我們玩得痛快極了，一家人都盼望著可以舊地重游！

一言以蔽之，維也納這座城市真的太棒了——我們一家人都不想離開！
