土耳其冰淇淋

冰淇淋的分類(lèi)

按形態(tài)性質(zhì)分：冰淇淋分為軟質(zhì)和硬質(zhì)。軟質(zhì)的冰淇淋是指我們常見(jiàn)的甜筒或者圣代；硬質(zhì)的則是那種紙碗裝的冰淇淋、冰棒、雪糕、冰淇淋球等。

按品種分主要有三種：（1）美式冰淇淋（ice cream），主要特征：甜度較高，奶味濃郁，脂肪含量不低于10%。（2）“杰拉朵”（gelato），主要特征：甜度低，口感細(xì)膩潤(rùn)滑，脂肪含量為4%。（3）果汁冰糕（sorbet），主要特征：甜度低，突出的是水果的原味與芳香，口感清爽，無(wú)脂肪。
