不同礦物成因禹余糧礦物成分分析及止血作用研究

[摘要]小鼠采用華法林鈉造模，用斷尾法和玻片法分別測定出血時間和止血時間，大鼠連續15 d給藥測定血漿復鈣時間、血漿黏度、血小板黏附率、血小板聚集率等血液指標。 與空白組比較，模型組能延長（P<005）出血時間，與模型組相比陽性維生素K、淋濾浸染型水煎液和沉積型水煎液能顯著（P<001）縮短出血時間，陽性維生素K能顯著（P<001）縮短凝血時間，淋濾浸染型水煎液、沉積型水煎液和沉積型粉末可（P<005）縮短凝血時間。與空白組比較，淋濾浸染型水煎液低劑量、中劑量和粉末中劑量，以及沉積型水煎液高劑量和藥渣低劑量都可降低血漿黏度（P<005），淋濾浸染型粉末高劑量和沉積型水煎液低劑量能顯著降低（P<005）血漿黏度。與空白組比較，禹余糧淋濾浸染型水煎液高劑量組能顯著降低（P<005）血小板黏附率，沉積型水煎液高能顯著增加（P<005）血小板黏附率，淋濾浸染型水煎液高劑量、藥渣高劑量和淋濾浸染型粉末低劑量、藥渣低劑量能降低（P<005）血小板聚集率，沉積型水煎液高劑量、粉末高劑量能增加（P<005）血小板聚集率。礦物成分分析利用偏光顯微鏡及X射線衍射（Xray diffraction，XRD）法。 2種礦物成因禹余糧礦物組成均含針鐵礦、石英、高嶺石，沉積型尚含伊利石、鈉長石。研究結果表明沉積型成因的禹余糧止血作用較好，可能與針鐵礦、伊利石含量較高有關。
